I love the different options to use this 2 ways– keep in mind, it’s not always easy to get an accurate temptation with a toddler though. Especially when they fear the thermometer. That said, I do find it harder to use making temperature accuracy difficult. It works well on me (that is because I can sit still LOL). It’s pretty easy to use and self explanatory otherwise

Thermometer works well. Quick readings. Just be sure to read instructions for use. Where you point to take temperature is very important.

This thermometer works great. I like that you can slip off the cap and use it in the ear. The display size is great and bright. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Seems durable. I highly recommend it.

Did not include a soft case as described in the included literature. The accuracy is VERY dependent on the distance from the forehead. Ear measurements more consistently accurate.
