The Innovo Deluxe Fingertip pulse oximeter shows your measured SpO2 and Pulse Rate on a high quality OLED screen (with six multidirectional display choices) and come with two critically acclaimed features, the Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index (PI), that will improve the reliability of the readings dramatically. Each wave corresponds to a heartbeat and the amplitude to the amount of blood detected in your blood vessels. When the height of the wave amplitude no longer fluctuates (as shown like the figure above), this means that the pulse oximeter is now optimized and you may now take the readings. Meanwhile, the PI conveniently informs you of the strength of your pulse. If the PI value is less than 0.2%, this means that your hands are too cold or improperly positioned in the pulse oximeter. Simply warm your finger and reposition it so that it is right under the LED lights. No more second guessing if the readings are reliable or why the pulse oximeter is not giving a reading. Using a vastly improved sensor, the Innovo deluxe pulse oximeter can also now correct for small movements, allowing more versatile usage. Comes with a lanyard and 2 AAA batteries so that you can use the pulse oximeter right out of the box. The oximeter might not work on kids or adults with small fingers. Great overall
Works great, even with people with damp fingers. The readings seem accurate and it’s not too flashy.

Worth it
This one is fast & easy to read the results. It’s easy to see that it’s higher quality than the last one I had. Very easy to use & I have no doubt I’ll appreciate this purchase for quite a while.

It works reliably, though with hiccups
The most important feature for pulse oximeter– the only feature, honestly– is accuracy. If it doesn’t give you correct information, it’s useless. This delivers.I got this model because I have breathing issues, and I didn’t want to spend $$$ for a high-end medical device. Three review services that don’t do clickbait said this model was the best budget option– as good as you could get without being FDA-vetted. I got it– but I also asked my sister-in-law (a nurse) if I could borrow the one her hospital uses. After about a week, I’m sold. I put the Innovo on one finger and the other one on another for about a week. They match within one point consistently– and the variation could come from using it on different hands or fingers. So why not 5 stars? The Innovo consistently takes longer to give a readout– and sometimes it doesn’t. It can go 15 seconds reading and re-reading with no output. Eventually I have to put it on a different finger or switch hands. Also, except for the pulse and the O2 data, every screen is too small to read. I can’t read anything if I push the button for more data. Yeah, I know– limited space. So why is the instruction sheet that comes with it just as small? The docs on the web site aren’t great, either. But it does the thing you need it to do properly. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.

Easy and reliable. Get it.
This is easy to use with the button to start being raised and opposite colored. It’s ready to use and works quickly even when it’s a little cooler. Gives reliable numbers. I love it.

Quick, accurate, reassuring
Excellent device. I have much more confidence in the readings on this device. So far I could not be happier or more assured.

Well made
Very easy to use. I found that the materials and screen composition of the unit to be of high quality. It feels very well made and the screen output is granular enough to provide good asthetically pleasing visual representation of the pulse.
