Great! Best mount ever!
This is my go to car mount! I’ve bought two of these thus far and the first one carried me through two cars. It is easy to use, very sticky, the magnet is extremely strong, and it is very durable. As I said, I’ve had two of these for a few years now. It is easy to move around as well. Sometimes I need my phone to sit a little higher on my window so instead of taking it off of the glass, I just moved the arm around a little bit. It’s awesome! I would not buy a car mount from anywhere else!

Excellent customer service, received a refund and a replacement…
Update – Based on my previous 2 star rating, the seller contacted me, refunded my money, and sent me a replacement with improved materials.. That’s excellent customer service. Since I received the replacement I’ve received weekly emails offering another replacement… seems they’re very concerned that I’m happy. Again, they get high marks for service plus I’m sure they want good customer ratings on Amazon. I’m very happy with the replacement so far.I like this holder a lot as it works very well. I like the magnetic base and the fact there’s no fussy clamps to squeeze to hold the phone or button to push to release the phone. The replacement appears to be identical to the one that failed and broke. Perhaps the parts that broke are now molded from a grade of plastic that can handle the hot environment of a windshield. I haven’t had to repeated tighten the clamp ring, which I believe was the cause of the original’s failure. I won’t know for sure until the weather warms up again as the replacement was sent to me after summer’s peak temperatures. I’ve changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 based on the excellent customer service, refund, and a replacement that is still working………………………………………….Original review (2 stars)This product worked well for a couple of weeks, then the clamp mechanism that holds the magnetic head on the ball broke. The swivel started loosening and the magnetic head would flop around. The magnetic in the swivel head was strong and had no problem holding my LG-G5 phone, but the swivel wasn’t up to the task. I had to repeatedly tighten the swivel so the magnetic head, and thus the phone, wouldn’t flop around. Then the threaded fingers that clamp / tighten round the ball broke. I’m returning the product for a refund.The suction cup worked very well and it never fell off the windshield. The length of the arm was a great fit in my VW Jetta. Too bad the clamp failed. I think the summer heat and sun of the windshield environment probably softened and weakened the clamp fingers…

Improved and the best might I’ve ever owned
So I wrote a review about this product a while back that I would like to revise. I did run into an issue with the tightening knob of this car mount breaking after so many times of being retightened. After writing the review the maker of this product sent me a new and improved version with a better knob and since then I’ve had no problems. This is really a great mount. It’s sticks to the windshield with no problem but if you don’t wanna stick it to your windshield it includes a base mount that you can stick anywhere else in the car that you want. It has a great reach, it can be bent in all kinds of ways to make it easily accessible to you as the driver and the magnetic pull is so strong that it actually takes a little bit of effort to pull your phone off of it. This is great mount because you know no matter how many bumps you hit the road your phone’s not gonna go flying off into the crevices of the car. With the new improvement I’m happy to give this product a 5 star rating and already plan to buy more for presents for my family members.A note to add some weight to my review. I work as a real estate agent and I deliver newspapers every night of the week so my phone is constantly going on and off this mount. I’m listening to Podcast smews Ik, watching videos, using the GPS, twisting the phone on this mount, pulling it off the mouse, put it back on the mount, and this thing as lasted without problems for over 3 to 4 months now. I expect it’s gonna last far beyond a year making it an incredible investment for someone who really needs a dependable car mount for their phone

Works Well but Heat Affects Adhesive
This phone holder is very easy to assemble and has a convenient size that fits well in the car. The material feels sturdy, and it holds the phone securely while driving. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, the adhesive loses its grip and the holder can no longer be used in that position.It’s still a relatively good-quality product, but I recommend placing it in the coolest spot possible inside the car to extend its lifespan. For everyday use in mild conditions, it works very well.

Tengo mas de 1 año utilizandolo en mi carro y la verdad me encanto el producto la ventosa si resiste a altas temperaturas de mi ciudad como a 48•grados centígrados lo unico que hay que tener cuidado es con el brazo, con el tiempo el calor pierde su rigidez (aprendi que debo quitarlo y ponerlo cuando lo necesite para que no le pegue el sol y pierda su efectividad) de ahi en fuera es un excelente producto.

The best part is the screw on to the holder . Others I’ve had breaks at this part but this one is really strong. Comes with extra magnets and the quality is really good. It will last a while I think. A1!
