A beast of a headset.
I am blown away by this headset. I have never really owned anything like it, and am thrilled with all of the features it packs. The build quality feels superb, and the sound can be too, and it has all kinds of EQ and Spatial Audio settings to really tune it so it sounds how you want it to. The design is really cool looking, and I love the RGB effects, which give it that personal touch. The headset is fairly large, but also highly adjustable, so it should fit most users okay.I am probably the most impressed with the active noise cancellation and head tracking technologies that the headset has. It has a gyroscope in it, so if you’re using Spatial Audio, you can turn your head, and the audio will move with it, which I just have never seen anything like.Though I feel I can give it five stars for the way I’m using it, I will point out a few potential downsides that may be a detriment depending on your situation. First and foremost, though you can use this thing on PC, console and mobile, I would not recommend it for Console or Mobile, as many of its features won’t really work without the PC software. Also, it is a wired headset, which I prefer, but some users may not, If these downsides are problems to you, you may want to look into the JBL quantum 910 that may not be as high spec, but are wireless and have an “X” and “P” variant that are marketed towards Xbox and PlayStation respectively, and thus are probably more compatible with console.

Comfortable
I loved the fit of these. The cord was a good length and the audio was clear. I prefer these to the wireless ones from another brand. I am not a professional gamer just use them for the weekends but they are comfortable for that.

Jbl= Elite Quality and sound.
Have had this headset for almost 2 years. Never let’s me down and the sound quality is impeccable. Foam around cuffs is just starting to flake off. 100 percent will buy again.

Exciting…. But don’t buy.
I was really excited for this headset. The calibrating and AI integration had my hopes up!Unfortunately, this was a flop. I had issues with this headset from taking it out of the box with calibration and consistency.The AI tuning sometimes just tweaks out and you hear nothing but static for several minutes while it tries to figure out what you should be hearing.The actual speaker precision is weird. At first I was very impressed, but the headset and tuner options actually ended up giving me a headache after playing for more than an hour, if you use spatial sound. If you revert to just the standard Dolby settings it’s fine but then the quality is what you would expect on a $40 headset, not this.My PC wouldn’t recognize it as a headset and microphone in all games because of the JBL software which was a serious pain.Comfort wise the headset fit well and the padding was nice.Now my PC boots up, the headset starts up with its boot up noise and then shuts off. There is power to it as the volume dial is still lit up, but the headset is unresponsive.I’ve been PC gaming for almost 20 years and this is the worst accessory purchase I’ve ever made.

So Far, So Good.
Alright, when it comes to the JBL Quantum One Headset, it was my first choice. I could not justify the original price ,as i do not game enough, until there was a $100 price drop and then i snagged them. I did wait through a few shipping delays, (to be expected as i ordered them in the beginning of December.) but then they arrived. I ripped the box open to find a very hardy and very nice quality box. I’m a sucker for a nice box and the unboxing experience was rather premium. Anyway, onto the headset. First impressions:Pros-Very nice weight- Very weighty headset.Memory foam cushions- Very comfortable memory foam that forms to my head, but has enough rebound to not sink into my head.Very solid woven cords- I have abused these cords on accident and I have yet to see a single sign of fraying from themVery nice materials all around- Very premium plastics and metals to obtain a finish fit for the value.Little to no material squeaking- Materials fit together nicely and mesh well together, unlike my Razer headsets of the past.Very Sturdy- Doesn’t bend in ways that seem precarious to fit around my unfathomably Brobdingnagian cranium.Very Comfortable- I have worn it for hours and haven’t noticed any fatigue from my ears or my head.Amazing Audio Quality for Gaming in GeneralMusic quality is far above average as well. It has a very even tone all around and doesn’t overly accentuate highs or lows. I honestly prefer them to my first generation AirPod Pros. Bass is a little lacking, but that is generally adjustable on most platforms to your liking.The microphone only picks up sound from you. It auto isolates your voice and doesn’t pick up my ear shatteringly loud bass coming from the subwoofer directly next to my desk.As for the quality and volume of the microphone, it’s nothing short of fantastic. My teammates and buddies can hear everything clear as day, even if there is background sound.I consistently get compliments from randoms on my audio quality from people asking if i play on PC and have a dedicated standalone microphone.Outstanding Directional Sound.Noise Isolation and fit is Astounding.Cons-I really love this headset but i must bash it for JBL to improve.Noise Cancellation is Sub-Par comparably to headphones of the same or similar values.The ambient sound in ANC is quite nice, but not when gaming.Its incompatibility with MacOS has become a bit of an issue as I wanted to experience the full headset, but I am limited to what is immediately out of the box. This, though, is not an issue as I originally intended for the use to be on my XBOX full time.Overall, I would wait for a price drop until buying as you can be just fine with a $70 headset instead of something at such a premium value.

Pros:Great highs, and great lows. Mid range is fairly good as well.The ANC is wonderful, works what I need it for but as I don’t have anything to compare it to, I can only say that its MUCH better than no noise canceling.The multiple volume dials take a bit of getting used to, but are nice when changing between games and talking to people.The software has head tracking for sound locations which is very unique, and although I have no use for it, I would assume someone would be able to fully appreciate it.The microphone quality is VERY good for a headphone microphone. I use it talking to friends and have used it in a few smaller voice acting parts. It is indistinguishable in quality from a standalone microphone like a blue yeti or similar.ONLY use the 7.1 surround setup in windows or similar and not the software, it is fantastic. The software leaves a lot to be desired however.Cons:Price. Its pretty hefty to say the least, especially if you’re not 100% sure what you’re looking for.I’ll preface this one with saying as long as you ONLY use the 7.1 surround setup in windows or similar and not the software, it is great. The surround sound in the software leaves a LOT to be desired, and makes it sound like you’re in a tin-can. The volume of everything becomes very low, and you cannot increase it very much.

Anc doesn’t work unless you are using the usb connector, so no on the go active noise cancellation. Headset is also quite fragile. Mine has broken in several places after 9 months. Sound quality is fine, but not incredible

O grande defeito do headset é o microfone.
