NO KETO FLU!!!
Bottom line is that when I go Keto I have the worst Keto flu on the planet. Like so bad that I think I’m going to die. It has kept me from going Keto for years. My doctor calls it “metabolic inflexibility” Some people have an easy time switching from burning sugar to burning fat – but I’m not one of those. I needed to get back on Keto as a medical treatment and bought these to see if I could ward off the dreaded Keto Flu – and by golly it worked! I took two any time I started to feel that familiar Keto Flu feeling start and I was able to slide into ketosis with no negative side effects that felt like death! Like I can’t even believe how good these are. I’ve also used them anytime I’m feeling a little headache come on and they have taken care of that too! I’m drinking a lot of water on my keto journey and I feel like these really help replenish any mineral loss I’m experiencing. If I could give these 10 stars I would. They seriously changed my nutritional journey and I’m so thankful I found this product. I’ll be ordering over and over and over again! PS – they really help with a hangover too!

Tasteless, painless, makes a difference
So I have been drinking the electrolyte water ($$) which tastes fine….so I’m probably not getting what I need. I tried other electrolyte products, drops, powder etc, I hate it all. Makes almost anything TASTE like I added Baking Soda. I love salt but not in my drink. I needed something and this product screamed, TRY ME!! I usually like to wait a few weeks before issuing a review but I am really surprised at the instant difference this has made. I started slow with 1 capsule a day and am only up to 2 a day but even before adding the second tab I noticed the difference in my energy level. I also noticed the difference in the skin on my hands. If you take a water pill like me this just may be your answer. I can most probably tolerate 3 capsules a day without retaining fluid and it may take care of my constant salt cravings. Here is the thing……it’s under $20…..give it a try! I’m impressed!

Sure beats drinking liquid salt!
I tried KetoChow and frankly, no matter how I diluted it, all I tasted was salt. The capsules are perfect if you want to avoid that and seem to work just fine as far as keeping my electrolytes balanced. I’ll be buying this again when I run out!

Took for fasting, Helped with tendon pain, Pill a bit large
I started taking these because I was fasting and was looking for an Electrolyte supplement with no calories. I started taking 1 pill a day, and the pain I had been experiencing on the tendons attaching to my heal was greatly reduced, which I was not expecting. The only downside has been that the pills are so large they are hard to take, and I do not easily gag. I wish they had 1/2 dosage in a smaller pill.

Migraines gone, these are amazing if your experiencing “Keto Flu!!”
I am SO glad I got these! The “keto flu” was no joke for me.. I get horrible migraines as it is and my third day in, I started to get a pounding headache along with dizziness and nausea. I took two of the electrolyte pills (my first time and on an empty stomach) and within 20 minutes my headache was completely gone! (I can have migraines that take me out for up to three days so this was a miracle!!). It didn’t completely help my stomach pains (but did ease them a bit) I started to get and you can taste a salty type taste if your drinking just water but it’s totally worth it due to the headaches. I recommend these to anyone who is starting keto, 100%. Every time I feel that slight headache coming on I take one. Thank you to whoever created these!! 🙂

A Keto must have
I lost 90lbs with Keto and these pills have helped me trough that tourney. If you keto you must supplement. I regret not doing it the first time but being in keto for over two years I can tell you that these work. If you are doing keto remember to drink lots of water and take supplements.

Great product.
I cannot think of anything negative to say. I always disliked the powdered electrolytes. If you want a easy way to get your electrolytes then this is what you need. I keep a couple in my purse. My son works out in the heat, he was feeling sluggish and you could tell the heat was getting the better of him. He took one and chugged a bottle of water and went back to working. Later that day I said did you feel better after you took the electrolytes, he said he did. He wasn’t sure he could finish detailing those cars before that, but he ended up cleaning two more.

I’m not sure why but there is a white powder coating everything in the container, I’m guessing that it’s from a broken or damaged capsule. Either way, it’s disappointing for a premium costing product.
