A must have in your emergency kit
This KidsO2 Ring Pulse oximeter for kids is a great thing to have at home.It doesn’t only monitors oxygen saturation but also pulse.It will buzz and your phone will also buzz when the levels fall under the ones you’ve set.You can control it with your phone downloading the app and it will save hours and hours of data that you can save on your computer and make graphics with it.It takes about 4 hours to fully charge and the charge will last about 14 hours.It fits my 2 years old tiny fingers as well as my grand daughter’s 8 years old fingers.Keep in mind it charges with an USB cable.

The Kids O2 Ring is an excellent gift idea for any parent, friend. This little cordless, rechargeable ring is a lifesaver for checking your kid’s pulse and oxygen levels, especially overnight. It appears to be high quality, with a soft silicone ring that stays on little fingers (or toes!) without falling off. The functionality is awesome because it continuously tracks data and alerts your phone if the levels get too low, so you can actually get some sleep! It is an excellent value for what it does—giving you peace of mind is priceless. Seriously, this thing is much easier than those clip-on ones that your kid won’t sit still for.

I have 3 grandchildren, so I acquired this for my daughter’s household. She said it even fits and works on her and hubby, so that’s some bonus material. They spent a couple days giving it a pretty good test-run, and she’s even harder to please/impress than me – so her full-points-rating says more than a 5-Star means here in this context. Not a bad devise to keep on hand in the medicine cabinet, even if it is pretty expensive; the first time it actually gets used will proof out the value exponentially. With respiratory illnesses being pretty much an annual event these days, and kids being the primary sufferers, there’s no such thing as ‘too cautious’ or ‘too expensive.’

Works for kids 3 and above only!
This ring pulse oximeter works for kids age 3 and above. Once you install the app, you can set an alarm that triggers when the oxygen level falls below a certain number you set. The overall design is pretty simple to use. I was able to let my 4 year old daughter use it to take her oxygen level easily. Only downside is that this device charges with a microUSB cable instead of the more popular usb-C port.
