Great for Grandparents!
This phone is great! The ringer has two volumes and an off option. The loudest ringer is TOO loud for my heard of hearing grandfather. The pictures were annoying to figure out. I grabbed a box cutter and carefully used it to pop the plastic covering off and then I created the exact dimension sized photo in Canvas to print and place back under the plastic. I recommend printing your photos in color. In black and white it was hard for ME a much younger person to figure out who was who, let alone my grandpa. I also paired this with cell to jack to his cellphone (which he hates by the way) and the combo makes for a great landline – without paying for a landline – and an easy way for my grandpa to call his family and friends AND hear them. I would 100% rebuy!!!

It will be helpful for my Aunt should anything happen in an emergency.
Purchased for my Uncle and Aunt. BOTH have Macular Degeneration, (can’t see much of anything) and my Aunt can’t hear if her hearing aids are out or turned down! This has worked out pretty well with one exception! The ringer is SO HIGH PITCHED it’s insane! My poor Uncle has PERFECT hearing!🤦🏻♀️ And HE can’t take it, and ZERO way to change or turn it down!

Garbage. Bought one for my mom with dementia. It died past the return window. I figured it was a fluke. Bought another one. This one died within the return window. Don’t do it.
