    Essential Emergency Preparations
This is a well organized and thought out emergency preparations essential bag for layman or professional to have on hand for those unexpected emergencies. I am an Emergency and Trauma trained licensed health professional and feel that this is a good first aid kit to gift to family, friends but also for businesses to have on hand for emergencies. They have packed a lot of supplies into this kit. The organization of the bag is one thing that I truly appreciate. Even if the mesh gets stretched as it will with time and use; the bags housing the items will still keep everything organized. The trauma scissors are good and sharp and will cut through jeans. The tweezers are appropriate for smaller needs. Having the compartments clearly label aides in identifying which item is needed. I did find that knowing where the fever scan strips, tweezers and shears are located helps as they are slightly hidden. I don’t need the first aid guide but will keep it in the kit as someone might need it to give me aid. The CPR kit with instructions for adult and children being detachable is helpful along with the instruction reminder on the flap but keep in mind that guidelines do change. The bag holding all the first aid is nylon so it will wipe clean easy. The zippers are dual for faster access to the contents and the zippers opened and closed smoothly. There is an exterior front zipper area but it’s tight due to the kits contents; I might be able to fit a small pad of paper, pin light into that pocket. There is an exterior side pocket that stretches and holds the 6 inch bandage. There is also a shallow zipper pocket just above the region of the shears/tweezers which could hold other items such as a tourniquet or hemostats. The grip handles are comfortable and there is an included strap for carrying. I feel a pen or marker is better than a pencil but that’s my preference for body marking for redness, swelling and more. The straps on the back make it easy to tuck my stethoscope into the kit.The thing I didn’t like is the Blue wound tape was missing from the kit.Minor things but not deal breaker are the following. The alcohol prep pad and the antiseptic towelettes being the same white and blue color is easy to grab the wrong item when in a hurry: it would be nice if one was red and the other blue for a more rapid identification. The bandage strips are not identifiable by the package so you need to hold it up to a light to see which bandage is in the wrapping.

Amazing first aid kit, and everyone should have one.
HIGHLY impressed with this.Nice RED kit. You always know it’s a first aid kit. It’s got a nice MOLLE attachment straps on the back to easily put this on the back of a Tactical vest, on a tactical bag, etc.I’d say this is great to throw inside another bag, but this is big. It may fit in another bag, but this thing was designed to be easily accessible.Once you open this bag, there is a shoulder strap that you can use to carry this from a long strap instead of mounting this to a MOLLE mount. This does have velcro on the front as well, so you can attach a patch, so you can put your american flag on there, or some other funny patch like the “Ouch Pouch”Open this up and it’s very well organized and very well stocked. It’s clearly marked for what you need and are looking for.Something most people dont think about is what happens if someone gets hurt at the dark of night? This thing has 2 glow stick in there so you have some light. There is stuff in here for major wounds to minor cuts. Even has some burn gel and cooling pack. There are foam bandages and compression bandages. It even comes with a first aid guide manual with instructions and pictures of what to do for basic first aid.Of all things in this pack, i’m not seeing any bleed stop granules. :(This is a really good kit. I will be keeping this in my truck so wherever i go, i’ll have this close by.Would i recommend this? Absolutely. This is one of the best first aid kits i’ve seen.

  3. My 2 cents

Exceedingly well organized. Add a few meds to the included pouch and you’re set!
The Large Pro kit arrived in a branded box that was well labeled (the contents are listed on an end). Inside the box was the red bag and the emergency bandage (hemorrhage control bandage) which didn’t fit into the bag.The flag on the outside has Velcro on the back, so it’s easily removable (or replaceable with a Velcro patch of your choosing since there’s a large area of Velcro on the bag). There are two outside pockets. The zippered front one won’t hold much with the bag full, but the side one is roomier depending on how tight you have the outside strap. There are multiple ways to attach this bag (flexibility!) and there’s a handle on one side. The two zippers that open the bag have pulls, look sturdy, and they glided open and close quickly and easily. Each section is color coded (as an educator I love this) and the overall organization of the pack is amazing. All the pockets are clearly labeled. The thoughtfulness that went into designing this is obvious. Everything has a place.Almost all items are branded SurviveX, and the packets are easy tear with instructions on one side (always helpful) and often a clear window so you can see what’s inside. The ones that should be resealable are resealable, and the packets that should be sterile are marked sterile. Most items have expiration dates (I saw 2030-06, 2030-07, and 2028-06 with a quick check). A well-organized, color-coded, and easy-to-read first aid booklet is included, and it sits perfectly in its labeled pocket). There’s even a resealable pouch for a few of your personal meds. Add a few of these and you’re set. Most items state “Responsibly made in China” and “Designed with care in Virginia”.

Travel Friendly, But Pricey, First Aid Kit
This first aid kit is packed full with about anything you would need. The included backpack is attractive and tightly packaged. Everything was individually packaged and well marked. The only negative is that I think this listing has quite a premium for being a 270 piece kit.

First, let me say that I’ve done hands on first aid for 6 years for quite a few different injuries and put two of my own comprehensive first aid kits together. This first aid kit is $200 at the time of this review, which is certainly not cheap but it’s an almost perfect kit for a car or base camp – somewhere you will rarely need it but will be really glad to have it in quite a few situations. I can also tell you from experience that you’ll struggle to put it together for any less. This kit covers typical first aid but extends to tick bites, sprains, burns, etc. Included stuff seems to be decent quality, it’s in resealable pouches and it’s very well labelled and organized. Really important for quick access. There is also a nice guide with pictures to help you handle various situations. The pouch is good quality with molle attachment, shoulder strap and carry handle. And, crucially, has space for additional items and molle on the front for expansion. Here is what I would add to this kit:- Meds: pain management, nausea, stomach, allergy relief, etc- bzk sanitizing wipes. This kit only includes alcohol wipes and that’s quite painful on cuts and other injuries. BZK wipes don’t hurt at all- vaseline. I’m surprised it’s not included at this price point. It’s so useful to help with chafing (you can also apply it to toilet paper, if you know what I mean), and even to help start a fire- small roll of toilet paper- more nitrile gloves-Inventory of everything you have. There is a picture in the ad but no listAnd then I personally would also supplement it to handle more serious bleeding. Stuff you hope to never use but will literally be a difference between life and death of you find yourself in that situation:- a brand name tourniquet (like CAT – don’t get a cheap one)- more “Israeli bandages”. These allow you to apply pressure on the wound *AND* you can apply them one handed, which is critical for self-treatment. The kit includes one 6″ Israeli bandage, but I’d add another two 4″ and one more 6″.- I also recommend some hemostatic gauze (like ChitoSAM) that you can pack a wound with to help stop the bleeding. At least some more regular Gause if you don’t “splurge” on hemostatic variety- a chest seal in case of a chest wound. Definitely not required but it doesn’t take much space and you’ll be really glad to have it if you know what to do with itAnd finally, I STRONGLY recommend taking “Stop the Bleed” course. It’s quick and you learn a LOT about handling heavy bleeding. You definitely don’t want to be trying to figure it all out in a real emergency. You can easily add all of this into this kit, although you’ll probably want an external molle tourniquet pouch. If you tried to assemble this kit yourself, you’d end up with larger quantities of everything for a bit more money. But if it’s a kit that you only use once in a blue moon, do you really want tubes of hydrocortisone, polysporin, etc? Especially since it’ll all expire in a few years. By the way, I got this kit in October of 2025 and the earliest expiration date in the kit is mid-2028. Some things are expiring in 2030.Also, the reason I say it’s for a car or base camp is because it weighs 2kg. Once you add a few more things, you’ll be around 2.5kg (5.5lb). You probably won’t want to carry it around all the time, unless you’re in a large group.Overall, excellent kit if you’re starting from scratch, especially if you’re taking long drives or are out in the wilderness, and you don’t have to carry it for long. Hope this helps!!

What immediately stood out was the organization, unlike cheaper kits where supplies are just thrown in randomly, this has designated compartments with clear labeling that actually helps you find what you need quickly. The mesh pockets keep items visible and accessible, though some smaller tools like the fever strips and tweezers are tucked in spots that take a minute to locate initially, but once you know the layout it’s fine. The trauma shears are high quality, I tested them on thick denim fabric and they cut cleanly without struggling, way better than the flimsy scissors most kits include. The bag material is nylon which wipes clean easily and feels durable enough for regular use. Dual zippers on the main compartment allow quick access and they glide smoothly without catching. The detachable CPR kit with instructions is a smart design choice, and having both adult and child guidelines right there is helpful. The back has straps for securing additional items if needed. My one critique is the alcohol pads and antiseptic wipes look nearly identical in packaging, could be confusing in a rush. Otherwise this is an excellent kit for car storage, travel, or outdoor adventures.

Wow!I am blown away and so happy with this travel first aid kit. If you need a first aid kit that is compact enough to carry while hiking or out camping, or to store in a car or have at work this is it!It’s small enough that it can be carried, but also kept onsite in a first aid box.The set has everything ever thought of and needed for first aid. There are:Bandages of various kinds, cold packs, burn ointments, wound tape, triangle bandages, emergency blankets, safety pins and tape, the list goes on and on.The bag itself is a thick canvas with a plastic/ pleather detailing for sturdiness in rugged terrain and constant use. There’s a strap to keep closed and to lash to a bag. And there’s a long strap inside to attach for carrying.Plus every section is labelled!!We took this camping and are now keeping it in the car for emergencies. And honestly I’d get a second to have at home.Your covered with everything and ever situation. After taking several first aid classes, I can happily say I feel more comfortable having a fully equipped first aid bag handy.

This first aid kit is great because it’s absolutely packed with useful, professional-grade supplies – everything you could possibly use in an emergency. The downside is that it’s almost too big and bulky, which makes it a bit hard to just grab and go and store. Also, this means it requires extra steps (and valuable time), to get items out in a hurry/panic.

  9. The great spender

This is a large kit that has everything you need for your camping and hunting or at the house for the whole family or group. This is a large bag and definitely recommend using with a vehicle of some sort. This is a bit too big and too much stuff to bring for just two people. This is also a good size to have in a workshop as there are plenty of Band-Aids, gauze and other large bandages, including Israeli and triangle bandages. There are are gloves and breathing mask protectors for CPR all contained in convenient and well marked pockets. The bag secures well with the zipper and fold out designs and has a Velcro mounting plate that uses Molle style fasteners so it can be hard mounted to something and removed quickly by peeling the bag off the mounting plate. This also has survival items in it such as rescue whistle and glow sticks. As far as homebase or a group first aid kits go this is a must have as it covers all the bases.
