An honest review: The good and the bad I recently finished the book. I thought for quite a while about how to write the review because I want to help beginners out there, as I was once a newbie too! So, read on if you’re thinking about purchasing the book.Let’s start with THE GOOD.What I really liked about this handbook is the organized, yet engaging approach. The lessons are well-structured and easy to understand. It doesn’t feel too formal or scholarly. It’s like talking to a knowledgeable friend.Moreover, the book provides lots of information regarding learning Spanish on your own. There is a section about common grammar mistakes and how to avoid them, how to express yourself, and tips on how to write in Spanish. But if you ask me, I really enjoyed the part about basic phrases that you can use in daily life, like greetings and how to say “thank you, no problem.. etc.”That’s it for the good part. Now, let’s get into the other part.As sweet as the advertised 21-day assurance can be, I don’t think beginners can be fluent in just under a month. I till probably take at least 2 more weeks. I believe that learning shouldn’t be rushed, you should too. Don’t be hasty or pressured into learning Spanish. Take your time and enjoy every bit of it.I also noticed that there are bits of grammatical and punctuation errors (I found 4 in total in the whole book, so not a biggy). This can be a minor issue, but for a grammar cop like me, it bothered me a little. I hope the next edition will fix this issue.FINAL THOUGHTSOverall, I enjoyed reading this book. It’s clear, easy to follow, and straightforward. It’s a great introduction for beginners, but in terms of fluency, a bit more time and practice will be realistic.So if you want to start learning Spanish, this book is your best bet! Highly recommend this. Good luck!

Purchased this Workbook to use in tandem with an online Spanish immersion language app, i.e., to provide instruction in reading and writing the language with attention to grammar and vocabulary. The Workbook didn’t disappoint. Lessons were brief (fit my schedule) with quizzes and answer key for each chapter. Correct pronunciation of vocabulary was provided as was a generous “bonus package” that included flash cards and additional teaching tools. Worth every penny.

The workbook is pretty good. I also bought the 8 in 1. However, i did this thinking that i would have all books in 1 aside from the grammar workbook. Im not so sure because even now i don’t know if i am missing something by not getting 3 in1 and 5 in 1. Can someone please explain the difference? In any case, I like the book and the method.Thanks

I just received the book so do not yet have an extensive review. Reading through chapter one it appears concise and well organized. Chapters are short and manageable. Like anything else if you put a little time and effort into it you should be successful
