Great charger
Working well so far! I’ve had it one month and top off my Niro EV every 2-3 days. Bought this model for the Wi-Fi capability so I can keep track of usage. Once I set my phone hotspot as the Wi-Fi network on the app, I haven’t had to re-select the network. The charger needs to be plugged in to use the app.The Lectron app is so-so. It only keeps a written record for a few days. You can go to “record” then select “usage” and select the graph points to see charge totals for each day. It also allows you to adjust the input voltage.I live in an old house and plug into a dedicated exterior 15A outlet. I set the charger to 12A output so there’s no problems. App reads 1.38Amp hours while charging. 8 hours equals about 11.5 Amp hours. My car gets 4 miles per Ah this time of year, so 46 miles range per 8 hour charge. [The non-Wi-Fi model does not have the capability of charging at a lower amperage or setting schedules, but you can adjust charging input on most cars through their settings.] You can also set up charging schedules on the Wi-Fi model which is handy for charging overnight or charging when your electric rates are lower.Lectron has a nice product here. Awesome Level 1 Charger!
For the past few months I’ve been using this to top up my Kia EV6 over night. The construction is good, nice weight and water resistance, long cable from the unit to the J1772 connector. The carrying case is also nice, good for packing it up and tossing in the back of the car when I go visit friends out of town.The phone app works pretty well for setting charging schedules, haven’t found any weirdness, glitches, or gotchas. It just works.

Good level 1 charger get the job done
Easy to use, easy to set up, and gets the job done! I also think it is attractive for a charger cable. I’ve been using it on my Nissan Ariya for about a week and have no complaints. (Keeping in mind that all level 1 chargers are pretty slow — that’s just to be expected). The app functionality allows you to see how long you’ve been charging and how much electricity has been put into the battery, to stop the charging without having to go out to your car, and to schedule charge time. It cannot tell you how full your car battery is, but you can figure it out based on (a) how full your battery was when you started charging, (b) the number of kWh you’ve put in, and (c) how many kWh your battery can hold. Overall, I think the charger is good quality and a good value for the price.

Charges as advertised
Packaged very professionally with a nice carrying case for extended trips. Comes with mounting hardware for the charger handle. WIFI connection was very easy and a seamless process. I received a discount but just noticed that Back Friday deal is better, guess I should have waited an extra week before buying. Overall, a great product that will get the job done.

Simple.I first bought the comparible Vevor version of this first, and it was all the opposite: not easy, not intuitive, non-native app was a pain to set up, and the unit charger would only charge for 30 minutes at a time before going into error mode–and the return process was lengthy and they only refunded a partial amount of what I paid for a non-functioning unit. Hopefully, that helps someone avoid that hassle.This Lectron, though, works just as simply as you would expect and need it to.

Download the app! This works great, I love being able to change modes between manual, plug and charge, and scheduled charging. And notifications upon start and stop gives me the peace of mine that the connection is secure and the car is charging. Great purchase.

No I had to return it because the cord was too short at 15 ft.

My OEM 2024 RAV4 Prime locking latch is broken due dropping. I purschsed this EVSE full price from Amazon and the App works very well eventhough it is a little exepensive and it offers short cable.

Bought it mainly for the fact that you can checks the charging stats of your car from the app and the fact that you can control the current that you car is charging at. So for example if you wanted to used another appliance while charging the car you could limit the current your car is charging at so the breaker wouldn’t fail.
