The compression is strong, and the heat adds the perfect amount of relief—especially after long days on my feet. Strong, powerful leg compressor and heater. The velcro is super tough so be ready with strong hands to remove it. The handle/controller is also the motor. It works just like a blood pressure cuff, but has various chambers that it can focus on; which is so cool! Quite impressive for a handheld device. The pressure is super strong, but you are in control with how much pressure, how much heat, and if you want the vibration feature. It works on the feet as well as the lower legs. Great for people with sore legs and/or swollen legs due to health issues. The noise is a bit loud so, not ideal for also watching TV, unless you have noise-cancelling headphones. Great to use for a post day, relaxation session!

Great product to improve leg circulation, reduce swelling and soreness, and promote faster recovery. My family members all fight over it! I personally love the compression and heat – especially during the cold winter months. There are multiple settings including vibration, mode, heat and intensity. Should fit pretty much any size leg and foot. Velcro is very strong and it is good quality.
