The Best Chromebook You Will Ever Buy
The condition is exactly what it says: Excellent. I had problems with delivery due to my own mistake and brain fart, but the seller was with me like a good neighbor. It arrived days early, but due to my mistake I got it four days later. The important thing is the product, right?I have bought this model last November, but gave it to my father on Father’s Day 2025 as a surprise. I wanted to buy this same model again so I found it the cheapest with this seller so I bought it. This is a night and day difference with this version over the other one I bought last year.This is the best Chromebook you will get for the price. USB C connection is money. The battery life is long and charges your devices pretty fast. It is easy to use. The portability is also amazing as it is not too heavy and you can take it with you in any bag or hold it with your hands. The slackness and durability are high level as it is in excellent condition like it is brand new.

This is a nice little laptop. Well worth of money.
I caught this little thing on sale so it was an impulse by because it was on sale. I am so surprise it said it didn’t have the HDMI input, but this one does the one I got does it’s fast easy to use. It’s very lightweight. I would highly recommend getting this as Christmas gifts for some of the first time users, especially if you can catch them on sale, which was a great price.

Laptop display died so I got this as.replacement. Very very happy.Runs MSOffice Apps, Gaming, Videos. Speed as expected.Pros: Good display, keyboard, ports, sound, storage.Cons: Is a ChromebookCan’t beat the performance for the price…. 10% of my bigboy laptop. Wow!

Extremely Poor Quality Refurbished Chromebook Laptop Do Not Buy
I cannot believe how badly refurbished this is. I was so excited to have an affordable laptop that I could plug into a monitor and get work done. When I turned it on, it only had 7% power which made the screen so dark, that I could barely see the instructions to connect my accounts. Then I plugged in the power cord and it literally went DEAD. NOTHING TURNED IT BACK ON. It is a faulty refurbished product, not checked before reselling by a reputable source it seems and now I have to waste my time returning it. Spend the money, and go to Best Buy to get a better refurbished one – at least it will work. What a disappointment! If I could give this zero stars I would.

BUYER BEWARE! Went into this fully knowing these were refurbished, as expected a few cosmetic dings were present but initially both laptops ordered on February 20th worked excellently. Until a few days later when one started randomly disconnecting to wifi and not reconnecting until it was restarted, eventually not reconnecting at all, I tried running diagnostics tests on the device and on our router, powerwashing and restarting and finally decided to return and replace on March 9th. After returning I ordered a replacement and it worked fine until now, early June. It is now having the same issues. So out of three laptops we have had one great and two complete lemons. I am now out of my return window with a faulty laptop. This is the only device in our household experiencing this issue. This may look like a money saving opportunity for parents that want something simple for their kiddos to play games and do educational things on however it more than likely will just be a massive headache. We homeschool and are now down a laptop which will greatly effect the flow of our lessons until we replace it.

J’ai commandé cet ordinateur reconditionné en décembre 2024 pour ma mère qui veut seulement l’utiliser pour ses photos et ses livres. Au total en date d’aujourd’hui (septembre 2025) elle doit s’en être servie un maximum de 15 fois. Le clavier ne fonctionne plus du tout. J’ai écrit au vendeur pour avoir un échange mais je suis en dehors de la date de retour ou de remboursement donc je suis obligé de le garder. Je ne recherchais pas la grosse qualité, seulement un écran et un clavier qui fonctionne et malheureusement ça ne fonctionne déja plus. J’ai payé environ 97$. Pas cher vous me direz, mais c’est tout de même 97$ dans la poubelle pour un produit qui n’a même pas duré un an. J’aurais été dans les délais de remboursement si j’avais utilisé l’ordinateur quotidiennement, car l’ordinateur aurait laché après deux semaines. Donc la faute à ma mère qui n’en avais besoin qu’occasionnellement. À l’avenir je vais acheter du neuf.

Got it for studying and light working. I write on an amateur level and wanted a travel pc for that. Got this laptop, everything still works well, runs smoothly, battery lasts for hours. Giving 4 stars because it came with Windows OS pre-installed and that was killing the memory. Had to manually set up Chrome OS and then the memory usage dropped down significantly making it smoother. Other than that, no problems at all.
