Pain in the ….neck!
Got this yesterday. After almost 24 Hrs. I’m still trying to get it set up. The keyboard is not working. I”m sure there’s some easy fix, like pushing a button somewhere, but haven’t been able to find it. There is no manual that comes with it, there is no virtual customer support. Tried on-line with a chat-bot. Tried the site support, which suggested cleaning it with a damp cloth?! Filled out an online form, which they said can take up to 3 days to get back to me. I just took the damn thing out of the box! If it’s this much trouble just to set it up, I don’t think I’m going to like this.

C’est peut-être un bon ordinateur, mais la batterie ne tient pas deux heures, je n’ai pas aimé ça.Il doit être connecté au câble pour éviter les surprises.
