Very happy with it
Got this laptop for a family member who is very happy with it. The laptop boots up fast, and runs cool. I was advised from a tech friend to purchase Lenovo. This is my third Lenovo laptop purchase, I think we’re staying with this brand.

Battery life is fairly short, but the picture quality is very good and it can run various applications at once pretty quickly. Additionally, has a large amount of storage for the price and comes with a 64gb extended storage device. Definitely the best you’ll get for this low price point

Read the small print, Amazon is not going to give full refund on returned Computers
The set up process took very long time and the computer was over heating. I couldn’t keep it on my lap it was so hot. I gave up trying after around 1.5 hours. The sign in and change passwords over and over drove me to be very unsatisfied. I sent it back but Amazon kept around $60. I’m glad the computer is gone. Life is too short to be aggravated every time you open up your laptop. I do think Amazon should of refunded my total amount and not kept the $60. I cancelled my Prime. Maybe Ill just go to Best buy next time.
