I Love this laptop
If you can love a laptop. I love this one. I purchased to revive my consulting business. It is fast, came with the necessary software, expect Windows 365 which I can purchase and is beautiful. The color and sleek design was beyond what I expected. Again I love this laptop.

Defective laptop
I received a laptop with a defective GPU that caused random BSOD crashes and struggled to keep up with streaming video. If you buy from this shipper, PCOnline US, be aware that they will refuse to replace the laptop with a new one. The listing is somewhat dishonest–refunds through Amazon yes, replacements no. The laptop itself looked nice and I suppose if it had been fully functional I would’ve liked it, but it was not to be.
