Get it now!
The beast!!! Expensive for sure, but worth every penny. Get it while you can. Originally ordered on the 2nd of May from another seller on Amazon, but that order was cancelled because the item was OOS/unavailable. I had to wait about a week to find another one on line on Amazon and ordered it, Overnight Shipping through FEDEX because that option was available. Long story short, the item did not come the next day as expected – BUT – the seller got the item to FEDEX late the next day. Because it was a weekend and FEDEX was involved, I did not get the item until Monday. I was in touch with the seller, and they refunded the full Overnight Shipping fee to me no questions asked. Great Stuff – thanks and a shout out to BEST WAY TECH. Anyways, the outer shipping box was bruised/slightly crushed, so I took pictures before signing for the item. When I opened the outer shipping box there was no apparent damage to the CPU box, but I noticed that it looked like the outer seal had been broken (or carefully peeled back and resealed), took pictures of that also. Upon opening the box to unpack the computer the first thing that was apparent was that the CPU was in the plastic bag, BUT – the cloth LENOVO bag was not on it, nor was it anywhere in the box. Bummer, coz I would have used it to wrap up the CPU when I took it out and about. Anyway, plugged it in for a bit and then fired it up. Gorgeous screen, vibrant colors, awesome. Ran dxdiag and device manager to see what internals it was going to show me. Speccy and HWINFO too. But because it did not come in the cloth bag I wanted to make sure, so I opened it up (I already had Samung 9100 2TB and Samsung 900 pro 4TB on hand). Two 1TB NVMEs inside (both PCIe 4.0) and 64 GB DDR5-6400MHz (CSODIMM) – (2 x 32 GB). Everything seemed to be and is currently working just great. Fast……really fast. My only downer is the missing cloth bag……maybe I can reach out to the seller to see if they will provide one. But either way this is a great unit. Prices are fluctuating so you might get a better deal so good luck to you if you are looking for one of these.

Best Gaming Laptop of 2025
This laptop is the best gaming laptop of 2025 in my opinion. Mine is the RTX 5080 variant with 64GB RAM and 2TB SSD. This laptop has the best rtx 5080 mobile compared to other brands of the same GPU, outperforming even some of the 5090 variants like razer. Maybe it has to do with the cooling design or even its high wattage I’m not sure, but it delivers for hours without throttling and good temperature. Every game I played gets 65-100fps without DLSS in ultra settings, some even higher (i do turn down raytrace to medium) Its OLED screen definitely makes a difference to the gaming experience as it literally brings the colors to life. My only complaint and I hope Lenovo sees this, is the trackpad. Because the build quality is premium with complete metal and the screen and keyboard are so perfect but the trackpad lacks in quality and feels out of place in this premium laptop. It also lacks windows hello and I understand Lenovo probably thought to exclude it to give a competitive pricing but the trackpad needs an upgrade. Otherwise everything else is great and I even love the look this year with their RGB but I hope they upgrade the trackpad and maybe include windows hello next year while leaving everything else as it is. Also another thing to keep in mind is that this product in this listing is being sold by a third party seller. Mine was opened by the seller’s Lenovo authorized technicians to upgrade my RAM and SSD. Initially I was pissed because I only found out after looking at the “carefully put back seal”, but after a thorough inspection I confirmed there were no scratches or defects or out of the ordinary and it is still “new” as I also confirmed the date of the laptop’s purchase by the third party and its serial number on Lenovo’s website and everything seemed ok. In the end I decided to keep it because it was upgraded to double the RAM and SSD at the same base price as u would find it on the Lenovo website and that saved me probably another $500-$700 if I were to buy it from Lenovo. But seller should definitely mention they manually upgraded the devices in the description. However, they were honest and replied to all my messages in a timely manner. In the end it’s going to be about how comfortable you are with that and how much you are getting for the money you spent. It’s going to be a month soon and I am loving it so far.

Great gaming laptop but needs some technical know-how to get running
Great laptop but was not ready put of the box. Wifi adapter wasn’t working initially. Had to install drivers and update bios before getting it to work. Had to be hardwired to internet do initial setup because of this. Also, the second SSD was not formatted so required that before being able to use.Love the screen quality, games look and run fantastic as long as you’re plugged in and running in full power mode. Runs relatively quiet and cool. Perfect gaming after the initial setup issues were solved.

This is a beast putting desktop PC to shame on some
Except for all the bloatware that windows 11 pro has, this is an awesome laptop. I tested out playing Quest Link, Steam Link, and other pcvr games. This handled everything thrown at it. If you got the money, I definitely advise that this is a great gaming system. My version has the Intel 9 ultra cpu, RTX 5080 16gb, and 64 gigs of ram.

Refurb looks perfect, great laptop
Bought a refurb and this thing looks brand new. Runs extremely fast. Very pleased with the laptop. Only complaint is Lenovo’s HUGE power brick!!

So far, it works as a computer should :). Great crisp screen, and all else functions.

It’s What I Wanted
It is expensive, but it’s solid. It’s heavy, but I like that. I like the keyboard. Many people complain about turning the right Ctrl key into the AI key. I am not a fan, but it’s the new thing to get used to. I wish they would quit doing it and/or make it easier to reassign it back to Ctrl.

Worth it
All the specs where there’s as it said on the page works wonderfully only issue is it blacks out for a moment when plugged in

It is a 2024 model not 2025.
