Lightweight, long life battery, fast computer. …. does require some updates upon registration and setup. Takes approximately 1-2 hours. Great computer overall!

Need to up grade 7 year old Dell laptop
What a great laptop, all the features I needed, took a little effort to get the activation key for windows office and home, but once I got it no problem loading it to laptop. I find it easy to use, setup was a breeze. I’m a 71 year old male who is not tech savvy at all. You won’t go wrong with this laptop.

Keyboard not backlit
I surf, email, edit videos from my phone, etc. and it is a fast laptop. Easy set up. The reason for 3 stars is that it says that it has a backlit keyboard and it does not.

GREAT PRICE BUT DOES NOT HAVE A BACKLIT KEYBOARD. OLD REVIEWS STATE THAT IT DOES!
I’ve used an Acer Aspire for years but upgraded to this Lenovo. The price was great for all the features; however, I misread what it states about a backlit keyboard. The word “non” was the last on the sentence line, so I missed it and just saw the next sentence read backlit keyboard. Also, the reviews posted are from years ago and state it has a backlit keyboard! I quickly realized the reviews are for an older model and not this “new” model laptop. Alas, I was disappointed when I received the laptop, but saw it was my mistake so I can’t complain. I did reach out to the seller for the lifetime office 365 key as it was not included in the box. They responded back with the code, and I was good to go.

Replacement for old Lenovo that can’t update to 11. Solid choice for basic home office use. Same look, layout and feel as the previous versions aside from it now being a windows 11 os.
