Solid Laptop at a very affordable price.
This is a well spec’d laptop that would normally be $1,000 anywhere else. It is not top tier but for general home/school duties, it can’t be beat. I’ve loved it so far. Don’t be swayed by the versions pushing high storage capacity, most people will never need it and it’s not worth the extra money. The only downside of a new computer is dealing with the nusiance bloatware and non-stop notifications about your anti-virus software needing to be updated/upgraded ect. Turn off the notifications in settings and just go to work enjoying a phenomenal laptop. Lastly, the seller is amazing. I ordered the computer and had it delivered the very next day.

BUYER BEWARE!
Time for repair is ridiculously long (2 months!)and for someone that uses the computer for work that is unacceptable! This is the second time the motherboard has gone out since March!No warranty on a repair is unheard of. What is wrong with you?! I can understand not extending the warranty on the whole computer but the repair itself not being covered?!Clearly not an American company.BUYER BEWARE! Go somewhere…anywhere else for your needs!!!

I waited a few weeks before leaving a review to make sure it I really liked this laptop. And good news – I do! I had previously bought a small one and the keyboard was so small for my hands it was just painful to type. The keyboard on this PC is lovely – just the right amount of tactile feedback, as close to a mechanical one as you can get. The mousepad is a wee bit too sensitive but I try to use a real mouse whenever possible so whatever. No lag, no drag, no sudden reboots, restarts, deaths. I wanted a personal laptop to replace my work one, and I got it, I’m ecstatic.Thank you, Issaquah Highlands Tech, for providing the configuration I wanted. Would definitely buy from them again.

Dull color, faulty camera, but otherwise works as needed.
The computer is nice and functional. The screen does not have great color contrast…overall lacking and a bit dull. The camera is intermittent. I’ve been using this for about 6 months…no issue with the camera until recently.
