Fast and graphics are great. Keyboard is comfortable to use and is thin so fits well into laptop bags or other.

Great Performance
Everything can exceed the expectations, hardware and software make a good mix. However, having a great performance comes with a higher heat and faster consume of battery.Finally, I prefer 11th G over 12th U processor.

Had to reset windows
The laptop arrived even a day earlier. For some reason, there was a label on the box with the wrong description. Like we ordered 2TB ssd and 40GB ram, but on the label it was 512 ssd and 16 ram. Fortunately, the real ssd and ram were as we ordered. So it was just a confusing label.The second problem was with Windows 11. The taskbar and start button were broken completely, I’ve tried to repair them with advice from the internet. But the only option that worked for me was to reset Windows. Works fine for now.

Great machine – poor screen.
Good machine. I like the feel of the keys and the trackpad. Fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button was a slick touch. It’s plenty capable as equipped for my needs.However, I agree with others. The screen is probably the worst I’ve had in a laptop. Even after adjusting gamma settings, everything looks kind of bleached. I’ve been looking for ways to adjust contrast and saturation and have yet to find one.I don’t think I’ll buy another laptop online again after this – I’ll need to see it in the store first.

The computer is not good for more than $1,000.
The computer was expensive with the kind of quality I got. It’s not durable for only a few months, the keyboard not working, and the built-in mouse not working. I returned the item but I didn’t get the new one or refunded or at least give it back to my unit at least I can use an outside mouse and keyboard or have it by a computer technician. They said that was why it took me longer to return it. But before I returned it, I called Amazon and the seller approved it and sent me the label but until now they have responded about it. Your money was not worth the price.

Functional with Linux after some effort
I purchased the computer for Linux use exclusively. The specs are more than adequate for my purposes and Linux provides near complete functionality (the fingerprint reader is not supported and the touch screen behaves a bit strangely when other monitors are connected; otherwise, all seems fine).It’s worth noting, though, that the laptop is less than Linux friendly for setup. Under Debian’s stable distribution of a 5.10 kernel, the mousepad, wifi, thunderbolt, and brightness adjustment are all broken; a 6.1 kernel corrects all but the wifi, which requires a driver not included in any current Debian distributions (still acquirable). A bit far from just working for any would-be beginners.
