Best laptop ever
I have always loved this brand. Lenovo has always worked perfectly for me, and this laptop is not a exception.Design is pretty, works incredibly fast!Even my husband who is a gamer has been surprised about that (is not a gamer pc but runs perfectly the games he had downloaded on it).TBH, I used it for my studies so I don’t run heavy programs besides those games, but I haven’t had any problem since I got it a couple of months ago.Battery lasts a lot, it doesn’t get overheated, it doesn’t get loading, it starts really quick.I’m completely satisfy with my purchase.

Great laptop
I have been pleased with the great performance and the features of this laptop. It was easy to set up. I like the fact I have 3 USB ports including one USB-C. I am hoping it holds better than previous laptops since it is “business” class.

Scam company sending faulty computers and charging large restock fee
We bought this computer on may 14th. Within two weeks of buying we realizedThe internet automatically disconnects every 3 mins . The mousepad would sporadically stop working and need a reboot to be able to use again just to go out soon after again. The brightness button also didn’t function and you couldn’t turn brightness up with button. Lastly a video editor we use wouldn’t function on this computer. By the time we figured this out and decided to return it was June 14. The computer was 920 or so and they charged a 86$ restocking fee for a faulty computer even though we returned in the 30 day window for free returns and they sent us a faulty computer. Almost sure this is a scam company sending bogus computers and making money off of a restock fee that they wouldn’t remove. It is a scam buy from somewhere else. Amazon is turning into alibaba! Be careful. Don’t buy here. Amazon gave us a promo credit of 36$ but wouldn’t refund the other 50$ and said it was up to the company. Company said they wouldn’t refund it. Scam crap computers and scam company. Don’t buy here.

Good PC for business
Overall I am happy with this computer so far, there is plenty of storage room and memory to handle the applications. I am using it for a real estate business and have not encountered any issues with it. The battery life is around 4hrs and the screen is bright enough except for in direct sunlight.

Great laptop for home or business use
Replacing another was five years older with only 8Gb RAM.Moving up to a more robust unit.Old storage and ram improvements were outstanding.Previous laptop was a warhorse that seldom had a problem.Look is extremely similar and feels entirely the same.

As a professional Designer I typically have the overhead lights off in the office, and put in some pretty late nights working towards a deadline.This “pro” laptop keyboard doesn’t have lights in the keys, I had to work with the lights on so I could see the keyboard – I ordered another one with a modern backlit keyboard immediately and returned this item within hours of opening the box.Then I’m being stuck with shipping costs to return for an updated laptop – not a pleasant experience
