Bought this for my daughter. She had just completed a first aid class and wanted a bag to put in her car. Let me tell you, she has been nothing but excited about this bag and the contents. She has used it several times and is more happy every time she uses it. This is a well made product with basic first aid contents. I highly recommend this product and will struggle to one up this one next year for Christmas!!!!

Solid for its size, at a reasonable price
I’ll add a few things — chest seals, Israeli bandages, anihistamines — but this a well thought out bag, down to the extra large zipper pulls (fine motor skill decrease under stress or cold conditions). There’s plenty of organization and there’s room to add to it. Another plus is that it doesn’t try to look “tactical” by putting “drain holes” in the bottom. I’ve never understood why you would put holes in the bottom of a bag that may need to be set down in mud, blood, oil, or whatever else is on the ground at the scene of a crisis. So thank you, Lightning X for putting function over form.There’s always a balance between completeness, easy portability, and cost. I have some training but I’m not a First Responder and I don’t have a truck. I wanted something that would have what an average first aid trained citizen would need, well organized, in a bag small enough to easily grab and run with if a car crashed in front of my house, or throw in the back seat when traveling. I also needed it in a price range where I didn’t need a second mortgage to pay for it. This one checks all of those boxes.

I recently found myself in a situation where I could have rendered help, if I had been prepared. This is a great car first aid kit (fill kit A). It has everything a person who has basic first aid training needs and nothing they don’t need. Plenty of extra space once you’ve stocked it. I’ll add some extra ABD pads and probably a roller splint. The bag seems durable. Definitely heavier than the kits I’ve seen in stores. Should take a good beating rolling around in the trunk and truck box.
