Felt New
The device was as good as new and functioned as intended. Noticeably faster than Firestick 4K Max that I had before. I bought it for the HDMI input and it worked out fine. Perhaps with some lip syncing issues, but that’s more on my part to figure out and not the device’s fault. Using it to export audio to my echoes from Apple TV 4K.

Everything was exactly like new condition, wow. Packaged perfectly. Setup was extremely easy since i just link it to my Amazon account. This actually works better than what i expected. I have it connected to my 6E wifi and the speeds and applications work fine. I actually got this to replace another higher price streaming device that i was having issues with. The picture and streaming quality are very good. I have Dolby vision and Atmos and the apps all seem to work and play them without any issues. This cube does not seem to have as many annoying pop ups and notifications either, but everything works and plays well. So i can recommend buying a refurbished like i have, it works just like new……thanks a bunch

Honestly does not feel any faster than my 4k Pro Max stick
The cube is supposed to have the fastest processor, but I don’t notice the difference. Menus are just as quick with either device. Love the built-in ethernet port. That does help with streaming compared to most wi-fi connections and I don’t need a dongle. Bought this refurbished and it looks and operates like new. No setup issues at all and all functions are normal. 4k movies look great streaming locally using my Plex home server and content from Amazon Video has no issues or artifacts.

Sharp Crisp Responsive
I previously owned a Apple TV 1 gen I been wanting to upgrade. In comparison the Fire Cube has good hardware. I did have to adjust the display as I am using a gaming monitor The picture was killer after I turn the HDR to adaptive It took a bit of learning the new system and ins and outs. I kept updating in “My Fire TV/about” Fire TV offers a lot of perks tons of content. Hooking up to previous apps was easy with the Fire tv phone app. hooking wifi was a breeze. Alexi is a lot more accommodating. I really like the pass through HDMI that’s turning out to be a great feature for easily switching between computer and FireCube I would recommend. I had to update this streamer is blowing my mind I still recommend

Poor Documentation and a Possible Switcheroo
I bought this device to replace a 2021 Firestick 4K in the hopes of getting smoother video. We are most interested in watching MLB, the Detroit Tigers. I connected this new Fire Cube but quickly found out that the supplied batteries were DEAD! The Cube offered to synchronize with our old Firestick 4K. I was hoping to see the apps from the 4K but NO! Had no trouble finding and loading the FOX NATION app but could not find or otherwise load the MLB TV app to watch the Tigers. I get the impression that I can watch MLB somehow via Prime TV but could not get tonight’s Tigers game. Searched everywhere for the MLB TV app. I must have searched for 2 hours but no luck. Some sources say that MLB is no longer available for the Fire TV Cube… so what good is it.? If I can’t get this resolved in a few days, I’ll return it.I am a 40 year veteran of the IT industry. I have been a licensed amateur radio operator since 1964. I have technical experience and aptitude. How do less technically experienced people deal with junk like this. I will update and maybe apologize if things change but right now, this product does not honor the Amazon name!
