Fast, durable and won’t overcharge
This charger is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’ve purchased quite a few phone chargers over the years, and they have all ended up pulled apart from the connectors relatively quickly. This one is plenty long enough, charges very quickly, and it cuts off when charging is finished, so it’s not overcharging. I also love that it has more than one option of connector end. I feel that it’s a great value for what you’re getting.

Older Apple (Lightning) should reconsider, everyone else, the USB-C connectors are great.
USB-C = awesomeLightning = mehtl;dr – legacy Apple users should reconsider, everyone else is good!So I love the feel of this cable and as a charging cable for numerous devices this performs SOLID. However, if you want to use this as a USB-A or USB-C to lightning charger for older iPhones or iPads, prepare to yourself to get annoyed. Without cases on a couple Lightning devices the plug often rocks back and forth. You think you have a good connection only to walk by later and see nothing is charging. I thought maybe all of my ports had lint in them so I grabbed a new in box iPad 9th gen (last to use Lightning for charging) and it too suffered from the side to side rocking in the port. I think the beefy connectors just don’t work well.Good points, the cords don’t tangle as easy as your typical skinny USB cable, but they will twist up and if you just let them dangle they usually fix themselves. If you like that soft silicone feel these will be pleasing. The base USB-C connectors work great, my iPad Pros and MacBook Pro all charged nicely. I wasn’t able to verify the wattage being pulled but when using this cord my MacBook Pro didn’t complain about the charge rate being too slow when I tested it with my DJing software running.

Second Update:Update: I literally received a new charger the very next day. I have had some time to put it to the test and it works fantastic! It fits my phone with the case on it. Very sturdy and lights up like the the photos. They even followed up to see how I liked the new one. I would definitely purchase again. I don’t think I have experienced customer service like this in a long time. I am an extremely busy home care RN so having my devices charged at all times is a requirement and I am unable to do my job if my my tablets and phones are not charged or able to charge quickly. Dead devices are not an option for me. I also have teenagers! If you know, you know. I have bought upwards over 50 different chargers over the years. I purchased a car charger from this brand recently because after my old similar style one died after 2 years. This brand had an almost identical one but was much sturdier and just the feel of the retractable cords were high quality. I am going to buy another one. I bought everything with my own money (except the replacement they made right for my original purchase).Update: Wow!! The company reached out to me and was wonderful. They seem to pride themselves in customer satisfaction. What a pleasure to talk to them. Not very commom these days. They will be sending me a new one!!Junk. I had to take my case off to fit the charger in. It isn’t super fast charging and all the little gadgets broke off after a few weeks.
