Holds everything i feel like I need in my truck. Hooks to the headrest and i love the velcro back so if I need it fast there is no fumbling with straps. Just pull like hell and go.

Very nice compact 1st aid pouch. I bought a small supply package off Amazon and it fill the pouch nicely. It fits under the back seat of my vehicle without any issues. It’s definitely a nice to have product. Well constructed.

Spacious
Not the highest quality, wouldn’t lug this around all day with me. Also not “low” quality either. But for a kit to have in the car/house, I don’t think you can beat this for the price. Reasonably well built, solid zipper. Plenty of pockets and elastic bands to hold everything you could want or need for a small personal first aid kit. I was able to fit a tourniquet, 2 Israeli bandages, 2 chest seals, scissors, 2 rolls of medical tape, 4 rolls of gauze, 1 compression wrap, 1 emergency blanket, some quick clot, some single dose medications packets, a flashlight, and a pair of gloves. Still have a bit more space in there but getting a bit tight. Hope this helps when it comes to planning what you might be able to fit in yours!

Better than expected
Excellent quality – good materials and workmanship, very well-made. Perfectly sized for a very well stocked IFAK, or for a car kit – a tourniquet or two, an Israeli bandage or two, maybe a chest seal, and there’s still plenty of space. Plenty of “mounting” options are provided – molle straps, a long single strap and buckle, and two D-rings, all on the “base” from which the pack can tear away.I actually got more in the package than promised – the bag, the red velcro patch, as well as two black and white patches and a mesh bag.

Perfect to carry needed human and K9 supplies.
These are just the right size, they hold a lot of first aid materials and can be carried separately or attached to a backpack. We use them in my search and rescue group to bring emergency supplies, (stop the bleed, tourniquets, wraps, various drugs and devices) for both human and K9 emergencies. I bought two more to hang off the headrests in my vehicles so that they’re readily available if/when needed. We’ve found it better to buy empty and fill for our own needs than to buy the prefilled ones.

Plenty of room. I just wish if the inner pocket was bigger to be easier to insert items. The current pockets are like the ATM cards pocket in a wallet.For sure it is not waterproof, so be aware if you are hanging it on a motorcycle.It is a good buy.

Dank der vielen Laschen und Taschen kann man sie nach eigenen Vorstellungen übersichtlich einrichten und bestücken.Sie lässt sich per Klett oder zwei Laschen (Molle) sehr gut integrieren und macht auf mich einen stabilen Eindruck.Ich hoffe, dass sie nicht so häufig zum Einsatz kommt, aber wenn, dann habe ich ein gutes Gefühl.
