    Impressed
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered them, I just kept my fingers crossed I didn’t have to return them. I got them for Zoom meetings, Phone calls…maybe play music once in a while but not meant for that. Well.. Jeez! They sound pretty darn good. Bass is tight & deep, mids & highs are clean & shine without one taking over the other.Construction is fair. They are all plastic which makes them reeaally lightweight & flexible. They don’t feel cheap but not high-end either. Connecting Bluetooth is hassle free & easy. Pleasant Voice prompts for functions as well as on & off. Fabric on Headband & earpads is soft. Doesn’t isolate ambient noises all that great which, for me isn’t so much a bad thing as I can hear the outside world to a degree when turned down. Turned to max volume. . Well, it could be a bit louder. It’s not too bad tho. Loud enough to tune out from the outside world but won’t hurt your ears or damage hearing while still being loud enough to enjoy music. Be nice if they turned up to 11 tho. My ears fit all the way inside the ear cups & don’t touch inner wall where drivers are.For calls it would be nice if it were a little louder which does matter if the person on the other line is having mic issues or speaking further from their mic as they could be. For Zoom they sound just fine as hoped. They do NOT fold up.. One of the reasons I chose them. Folding headphone can be annoying in my opinion. These flex just right & form fit to the head for a snug fit that’s not too tight… They also extend quite a bit.. They can easily fit larger heads. I don’t have a small head & they fit perfectly not extended at all. With all that said, All in all.. These are a very nice sounding, cooshy set of headphones that won’t break the bank.. could be about $20 cheaper considering what else is out there from other manufacturers & even Logitech its self. Are they worth the $? Yeah. I’ve got a few other headsets in the same price range meant for music enjoyment & general use.. These are easily in the same tier & on par with them in terms of sound & overall build quality… And those others don’t have a foldable boom mic. A really nice plus & works quite well. With a mute button on it to boot. Im told I come across clear with no static. If these look like you might like to give them a try. Do it. It’s what I did & I’ve been quite pleased with that decision.

    MULTIPOINT!!!
I will never go back to any headset that does not have this feature ever again! This devices seamlessly switches between my work mac book pro, my iPhone, and my gaming computer. It does only connect to 2 devices at once, so I typically have to disconnect it from my work laptop and then connect it to my gaming computer. This is super easy because when I am done for the day at work, I just close the lid and throw it in my backpack. That disconnects it form the headset right there, and then it automatically connects back up with the next device it has connected to being my personal computer.Sound quality is great, and the materials should hold up for quite a while. The over ear design make them comfortable to wear for long periods of time.I especially like the lift up mic with auto mute. I spend quite a bit of time on zoom meetings as our company is mostly full remote, so I can leave zoom un-muted and just flip up the mic to mute myself. Or if I really want to make sure no one hears what I am saying I could mute zoom and the mic! It is a pain to remember I am double muted though so I almost never do it.I can wear these through my entire work day listening to music from my phone, or joining zoom meetings on my computer. Which leads me to another great feature of these headphones. I listen to music during down time, and I have to listen to that music from my phone. But I also wanted a solution that I could take work calls from my work laptop without having 2 headsets. Multi-point solves this problem. When I am listening to music from my phone and I get a zoom phone call, or join a zoom meeting, the music from my phone is automatically paused, and then the laptop audio takes over. I have my meeting / phone call and then after it ends, the music from my phone automatically unpauses and the music resumes!I cannot say enough about this headset, If anyone I know has a need for a headset I recommend this. And if the time came that I needed a new headset I would hands down buy this product again.

Not bad, but not great. They’re probably a little over priced.
Overall sound quality is good for Teams calls and talking with customers through Five9. No noise canceling. Everyone can always hear the background noise in my house. They’re comfortable, but seem a little flimsy. Only had them for a few months, so we’ll see how they hold up. They will last an entire work day, but have found that they will not last two full work days, so I plug them in to charge at the end of my shift.

I use these on a daily basis as I work from home and attend many calls with clients and internal team members. The headset is light, easily fits over my ears, and does not make my ears hot or sweaty after prolonged use. The microphone boom swivels up easily and mutes quickly so you don’t have to search for the mute button on your screen. The charge easily lasts me the whole day and a recharge is typically quite quick. The headset will connect simultaneously with two devices. From time to time I find that it will randomly disconnect (the voice audio warns you of this) but it has never happened during use, only after I have been sitting idle with the headset on for a while. not sure why this is. Overall I’m happy with the headset and give it 5 gold star rating.

Got these for my mom for her remote job. She likes to pace around while on audits / calls and she loves them!! They stay connected pretty much throughout the whole house, they’re very lightweight and comfortable, and the settings are very easy to play around with.

I’ve been using this BT headset daily for months. I find it very comfortable, to the point that I regularly forget I have it on. It connects with up to 2 sources, although 2 simultaneously active sources can be a bit of a mess by definition. It occasionally disconnects from once source when multiple sources are connected but promptly reconnects. The mic sounds a bit tinny for cell phone use (I’m told) but is intelligible. Great value for the price I paid.

This headset strikes a very good balance for multi-use, but it is mostly geared toward work and remote meeting softwares like Teams. It has no active noise canceling and the ear cups aren’t very isolating. So you’ll still be able to hear a bit of the office which is not a bad thing. However, don’t expect full isolation. Sound quality is okay and it has an equalizer you can play with, but don’t expect to be blown away by the sound quality. Logi is trying to hit a middle ground between inexpensive and functional. It is a surprisingly light headset. I can easily wear it for hours when leading remote training sessions. Not very good for traveling, though. The cups don’t fold flat. There’s a mute button on the mic, but it will also mute the mic by flipping it slightly up. Love it for Teams meetings. Battery lasts a full work day. Can also pair with my phone!I took one star away for the lack of active noise cancelation. Seems like Logi could’ve added this.UPDATE: On one occasion the headset locked up while in a meeting. I was one hour into the meeting where the headset just refused to work. Had to turn it off and back on to get back in the Teams meeting. That’s worrisome. If it happens again, I won’t trust it again.UPDATE2: It happened again. The headset locked up in a long meeting (over an hour). No audio, buttons don’t respond. I have to turn it off and back on. I can’t trust it anymore. Works well for short meetings, you run into dangers if you’re a presenter on a long workshop or customer training.

The Headphones are pretty good, although it might be a little fragile if you’re not careful and the audio quality might not be good in certain circumstances. The sound quality from the Headphones when listening to music or videos sounds very good and the cushions are soft and comfortable. It’s also quite easy to adjust them to the contour of your ears, it’s quite light weight and doesn’t feel heavy, nor does it hurt when wearing it for long periods of time. It also charges quite quickly (within 20-30 min they are at or close to full) and I’ve found that they can last for around ~6 hours. I also find that the Bluetooth pairing is very painless and easy to do.However, there are some downsides.- (1) One downside is that it is not very travel-friendly, and can be quite bulky and a little fragile in that setting. The ear cups cannot fold inwards like some headphones can; They can only be raised up or down. If someone is traveling (for example: I tried bringing them with me on many long-haul flights or outings) the headphones can be quite hard to pack into a small/medium size backpack. Even in a larger backpack, you still have to be a little careful as the over-the-head frame is entirely made of plastic, so when trying to pack it into a bag the frame might permanently deform or break if packed haphazardly (especially considering the complementary travel bag that my unit came with is made of fabric which offers little protection). However, this issue can be easily remedied by packing it carefully, wearing it on your neck, or by buying a sturdy travel case for these headphones. As for those looking to use them during exercise or on runs outside, they can easily slip off as they don’t put too much pressure on your head which makes them comfortable but not secure. Be careful! These headphones probably aren’t made for outside use, but are probably recommended for mostly home/inside use only.- (2) Another downside is that the audio quality drops by a lot when in a call or when the microphone is being used. The way that I would describe it is that the audio becomes quite muffled or sounds as if its coming from a cheap speaker and the change is very noticeable. This is quite unfortunate considering both the price of these headphones (being ~$130 CAD at the time of writing) and that this drop in audio quality could cause problems. For my use case (listening to music/watching videos and listening to in-game audio when gaming) it’s perfectly fine and I rarely run into this issue. However, for those who are on discord calls with their friends often, having that drop in audio quality when playing games/listening to music while at the same time chatting with their friends can be quite disappointing.Overall, I’d say they’re good headphones: the audio quality in most scenarios is good, they’re lightweight and comfortable, charges quickly, and the Bluetooth pairing is very easy. But there are some details and use cases that need to be mentioned and/or considered before buying them to make sure that these headphones are the right ones for you.
