Q: What’s the difference between Model CB4CT and Model CB4DT?–>A: The only difference between these two models is their built-in memory capacity. The CB4CT comes with 2GB RAM & 16GB ROM, while the CB4DT features 4GB RAM & 32GB ROM. All other performance specs and functions are exactly the same across both models.
Q: Why won’t my CarPlay or Android Auto connect, or why does it not auto-connect after the first time?–>A: To connect CarPlay/Android Auto, keep both your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. Auto-reconnect requires both to remain on too. If either is off, you need to manually reconnect. Please consult your user manual for details.
Q: What should I do if the product won’t turn on or connect to my car?–>A: Some car USB ports lack sufficient power, which may cause startup failure or unstable performance. Use the included Y-shaped USB cable: connect it to your vehicle’s cigarette lighter for stable power and reliable operation.
Q: Why is my car unable to navigate after connecting the Magic Box?–>A: This device does not have a built-in GPS chip and does not support navigation on its own. However, you can use navigation by connecting Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. If your car has its own built‑in GPS navigation system, it will continue to work normally even while using this product.
Q: I can’t connect to Wi-Fi. What should I do?–>A: 1)Restart your device. 2) In Wi-Fi settings, “Forget This Network” and reconnect by re-entering the password. 3) Check for system updates. Also, verify your router uses WPA2-Personal encryption, as WEP or WPA3 may cause connection issues.
Q: Why does the image appear blurry or not fit my car’s display correctly?–>A: If your car’s screen resolution is lower than the standard required for our product (1920×720 p or higher), you may notice a blurry picture or reduced image quality. This often results from differences in vehicle models and display specifications.

Works great! & Makes my car feel new again
I’m really impressed with the Magic Box. It connected to my car’s CarPlay wirelessly within seconds hardwired and to my device via bluetooth. Now I don’t have to deal with plugging in my phone every time I drive. The interface is fast, smooth, and super easy to use.I also love that it supports YouTube and other apps, so passengers can watch videos on long trips. Everything loads quickly and I can download apps without worrying about space. I mainly use apple carplay and it works great.Overall this little box completely upgraded my car’s system. If you want wireless CarPlay, better app options, and a faster overall experience, this is definitely worth it.

Great Buy! Easy Set Up!
The processor is a little slow, but does the job! I can watch YouTube and Prime while in my truck, and passengers can watch while I drive. I wish I could add apps, however. I need YoutubeTV added. Doesn’t get very hot, and very easy to use. Plug and play!

Not what they claim it is.
Returned because it does not do what they claim it does. This just converts wired CarPlay to wireless and nothing more. Does not make it possible to watch any streaming services. Just a wireless transmitter/receiver, nothing more.

Worked right out of the box. Just plug in and click on Alexa on your carplay screen in car. It plays mivies, netflix, youtube right in your car. Neato! Great value for the money. You will need to connect to hotspot to have internet available. Works even better on android but i prefer iPhones. Wi fi conectivity is easy. Easy to use.
