This book is the instructions to life, the instructions on how to organize your mind and how to approach, im not even the type to write reviews, but i had to for this one. i even went back and purchased the audio so i can drive and listen to it on audible, i purchased his first book master my emotions and i was so pleased i went and purchased master my focus, master my focus really helped me, it was times i was back tracking then i start thinking bout certain things the book said that “I WOULD DO” and quickly i corrected it. Im still not perfect and at time i still back track but then i think bout what the book said and i quickly fix it, cuz our brain is wired a certain way, we cant just fix something or our ways overnight, but this book will get u right, AWARENESS is everything, and this book will have you aware of things that dont work and things that work, this book is literally a humas g.p.s. on life, believe and trust me, Purchase this book and purchase the audio version. Written from a layman’s point of view
So, why buy a self-help book written by someone from a business background and an MBA? Instead, why not buy a book on focus from someone with a psychology background? Mr. Meurisse’s approach is not overweighed with psychological studies and research on why you can’t focus and what practices have been researched to help you focus. Instead, his approach is more of a discussion with someone who has traveled the path you are on and answers your questions from their own experience. So, when you are using the accompanying step-by-step action guide, it does not take a lot of effort to answer the questions.Furthermore, you don’t need a doctor (shrink) to guide you in developing your focus since if you are not looking for something profound, that causes you not to have focus. Why go that route. Instead, Mr. Meurisse guides you through building your focus by focusing on building a successful business and completing a task or project. Being able to achieve or accomplish something should be the goal of being able to focus.

A perfect book for the wandering mind
If you feel your life is unstructured or hard to take control of then i really recommend this book, i haven’t even read the whole thing yet and it has already brought some order to my chaos, the key ingredient is that you actually need to participate for it to work (duuh), so if you’re mature enough to begin taking control of your life then this book is extremely helpful.Thibaut makes things easy to understand and introduces helpful concepts that can be applied in all areas of life, the knowledge in this book is invaluable, it should be taught in every single school all around the world.

A powerful reminder in a world full of distractions
A simple but powerful reminder in a world full of distractions. I appreciated how this book helps you identify what’s pulling your attention and provides doable ways to narrow in on what really matters. Great for anyone who’s tired of starting a hundred things and finishing none.

Only halfway through but already seeing HUGE results!
The workbook you include is phenomenal! This book has really helped me become completely honest with myself. I am an extremely lazy person (these days) so by choosing the easiest but fun, most non-overwhelming project, it’s the decision that will be the key to my success. Every morning, I go back over what I’ve written in my workbook, just as a reminder of how far I’ve come in just a few short days. Thank you so much for writing this book! I will have a nice collection of your books very soon. I already bought a “7-day to…Motivation” book from another one of your series which I’ll read after I finish this one.On another note, 10 years ago, I bought an ebook called Mind Over Money by Ilya Alexi. It was a 30-day daily guide that helped me along the way to making my first million. I was hoping you could create something like it? You were required to read out loud your daily intention, after writing it down in all caps first. I’m sure you offer more than enough helpful books but I did appreciate the 30-day process because I could feel the emotion behind my intent as it grew stronger every day.Anyway, thank you again for writing this wonderful book. I finally remember what I need to do to be successful again and just needed a little shove in the right direction after taking a year or so off after selling our business! Many thanks!!!

Life changing and feasible through difficult changes (despite adult ADD)
The diagnosis of adult ADD was no surprise one year ago since I knew even since elementary school that I was “different” from all of the other girls in the classroom but it was not until my own child had to cope with the same condition and not respond well to medication did I appreciate those who can think “outside of the box” to help those of us with focus and low attention issues. I too decided medication was not the solution. As I finished up this book and its many thoughtful exercises (yes, I completed every single exercise and highly recommend taking the time to do so!) I committed these new insights to my first planner that actually has a chance of surviving my daily chaos (Rocketbook Panda planner). I penned those new goals just as a new health condition was going to change my world over the following two months. Now that I am recuperating, I find those goals and thoughts right on target as I start over with a new job search and a new way of managing life in general as I heal physically and mentally. The value and insight gained from this book far exceed the price I paid. I hope you will invest the time and effort to obtain the same benefits (or more) than I gained.

Really gained a lot from reading the book and fully intend to apply what I have learned in my life. The book is full of practical advice. I have gained new insight into the importance of focus, where I have been going wrong with my lack of it, and how to increase my focus. This book has come exactly at the right time for me , and I can’t wait to get going on changing my life for the better. Cheers!

Some things in the book seem a little general and repeated, but it gives you a clear idea of focusing on what really matters in life. The author uses references from others and also points important facts that gave me motivation and strength to do a few important tasks that are changing my daily routines. I’m a really happy customer.

I’ve read a lot of productivity books, but this is the one that has had the deepest impact in my understanding of focus as well as actual results in my life. It’s direct and easy to understand, and full of exercises you can follow to evaluate and improve your short, transitional and long-term focus. Highly recommended, I’m planning to read the rest of the series.
