    A practical motivational book that gets you started and then going!
    The problem with motivation is that it doesn’t last, once we are out of any motivational book or seminar. Thibaut’s book offers a practical solution to long term motivation that helps you get started and keep going, when it comes to taking real world action.Book is well structured, as it first helps you assess your situation, then build momentum and finally how can you sustain the momentum when the real life challenges comes. As the sub-title suggests, it is really a practical guide with dozens of actionable strategies that can help anyone to buckle up and start designing their life. A very practical motivational book and must read for anyone. Go for it.

    Perfect time to read this book!
    I’ve been feeling lost the past few years dealing with medical problems that left me disabled. The process to get disability benefits was extremely stressful and consumed my life. I finally got my benefits and now I can focus on my future. I have a rare chronic pain disease and it has overtaken my body, but I still have my mind. I am ready to find my new purpose in life and take control of my life back. I needed this book to help me realize that I need to live with intent if I want to get my motivation back. I need to assess my current situation and make some changes to chart my new future. I learned so many things from this book that will certainly help me make better decisions, which will ultimately get my motivation back. Thanks for all the good advice and for writing this book.

    This book is great! It provides: recommended books, transparent moments of the author, explanations of dopamine and brain signals, an action guide at the end and real life experiences. I recommend this for people who struggle with being “stuck” the book explains how to close the loops in our brain and maintain momentum! Great tips! 10/10.     Motivating Book
    First, I didn’t realize there were so many pieces that play a part in ones motivation. But this book breaks down each piece into wonderful digestible parts. I love how the Author writes his books, not pushing information, ideas, beliefs, and so on onto the reader. He simply explains each idea and belief and uses real world examples and even questions to bring you to the understanding of what he is addressing and allow you as the reader, to come to the same conclusion on your own. I’ve enjoyed this book. If you are looking for more than just words and you are ready to take action in regaining motivation for your life, this book is it!

    The book came across as a collection of multiple self help books in a summarized form with personals twists of the author.I had to get used to the authors writing style, but I found it pretty good to read a few pages a day in it. It’s something quite unique and very inspiring.Recommended.

    Compré este libro junto con “Master your emotions” y “Master your focus” pensando que iba a ser útil a la hora de desarrollar algunos de mis proyectos. Nada más lejos de la realidad.Los tres libros se repiten una y otra vez en los mismos conceptos básicos que aparecen en las galletas de la suerte. Viendo el tipo de libros que escribe el autor me parece comprensible, pues sin todos más de lo mismo ademas de estar muy poco documentados. Por comparar, “Master your emotions” tiene media página de bibliografía con 14 fuentes mientras que “12 rules of life” de Jordan Peterson (un libro mucho más util en contenido) tiene 16 páginas con casi 200 fuentes de información.En definitiva, no recomiendo este libro.
