    It was a helpful read
    While not officially diagnosed as ADHD, I realize I have many of the symptoms and am attempting to work on them without going through full diagnosis.Be prepared to highlight sections so that you can create your own summary of habits that you would like to introduce.

    Focus your thoughts with mindfulness.
    I have never suffered from ADHD but I do have PTSD which also draws your mind away from reality. I was curious about this book and picked it up not knowing I would benefit so much from it. I have practiced Buddhism, studied advanced meditation techniques and gone the spiritual route. This book is a little more secular and produces similar results. If you want some quick tips and tricks for mindfulness without the sticky sweetness of spirituality, this is your book. Enjoyed it. Five Stars.
