These cards are very useful to have. Considering that they are false cards you can just pull one out and study what is on the card.

Mainly helpful for Psychology
I found that these flashcards mainly helped with Psychology and Biology terms. You can’t learn entire lessons from them, but they are great for memorizing and recalling content.

Kaplan MCAT 2021-2022 PROS & CONS Review
There are six subjects covered:• Behavioural science• Biochemistry• Biology• General chemistry• Organic chemistry• Physics and math(I have added photos labelling the subjects section in the flashcards to give you a visual of how many flashcards are in each subject).The flashcards are very simple and not overwhelming, this makes it super easy to memorise the material. (I added a photo of an example)The sections throughout the flashcards are colour coded. (I presented an visual example)The flashcards are extremely thin (same size and durability as an index card). (I also added a photo for a visual example)My overall opinion:I find this set simply refreshing. The material is very clear and concise, not overwhelming with too much information like many other flashcards. This is a very easy set to memorise, the structure of the cards are realistic to the exam and cover the base material necessary for these particular subjects. They cards come in a safe durable box. The durability of the cards is subpar; however, as I mentioned they do cover a suitable amount of information for these subjects which is why I will be keeping them. The thickness of the cards is equivalent to that of an index card and the material is about the same as a poker card. The material and durability isn’t horrid; however, I would prefer flashcards a bit more thicker and less flimsy. Overall I would recommend this to people because the material is so organised as well as clear and concise.Hopefully I could help.

good way to review. good variety. as others have said, cards are kind of thin but usable and not too flimsy.Its not a primary review/study guide but its not a bad investment if you want another MCAT aide.
