Good books for beginners
Had to get these books for my little’s kindergarten class. Love that it came in a multipack and at such a good deal. Quality of the notebook and thickness of the paper were good. I liked the colors. The print of the lines was good quality too.

Perfect for school
This style of book was required for first grade. It’s a good quality book. I like the blank space for drawing and the lined section for writing. The book seems sturdy and the paper is thick enough.I recommend it.

Good and reliable
Very good notebook for a kindergartner learning to write and loves to draw. Was a requirement for her class to have and they are good quality paper as well.

📝⭐️The Absolute BEST Journal for Early Writers!⭐️📝
📝 The Mead Primary Journal (Half Page Ruled, Grades K-2) is hands-down the best on the market. The design and layout is the genius of this journal and the half-page format. The top half is completely blank for drawing, coloring, or pasting pictures, and the bottom half features the primary ruling (skip-a-line, dotted midline). This encourages children to fully illustrate their stories and then write the corresponding text, naturally integrating art and literacy.⭐️ The primary ruling is essential for this age group (Kindergarten through Grade 2). The clear base line and the dotted midline provide the perfect visual cues to help kids practice forming letters correctly, maintaining consistent size, and placing their letters properly on the line. It drastically reduces frustration and messy handwriting.📝 The quality and durability of the paper is a nice weight—thick enough that markers and heavier pencils don’t bleed through easily. The binding is secure and holds up very well to the frequent opening, closing, and rough handling that younger children tend to give their school supplies.⭐️ It is definitely of educational value, as it is an incredibly effective tool for fostering creative writing, storytelling, and drawing skills. It’s perfect for everything from daily quick writes to full-blown narrative projects.📝 Overall, if you are a parent or educator looking for the ideal tool to help a young child transition from drawing to writing, this Mead Primary Journal is a non-negotiable must-have. It’s durable, perfectly designed, and genuinely helps kids feel successful as authors and illustrators!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good purchase
Quality if good, enough writing space, and decently priced. Exactly what the school requested.

Preschool and On – best drawing and writing Notebook!!
My daughter had to get this for school supplies however after seeing her use it for drawing and writing I put it on the list for my own students. I like the space for drawing and labeling. It helps students have space to visually see what they are writing about. The lines are wide enough for little learned to write those big letters. Folding the book in half instead of opening the whole book is okay! So far it’s sturdy.

The add for this writing book is very misleading. Under the heading of size, it clearly reads “pack of 6.” Then the product description reads as “1-count.” I assumed, after reading these two conflicting descriptions, that perhaps a single order gets you 6 books. It turns out to be just a single book for $10, which isn’t a very good deal. The seller should change their add to be more clear.
