Pretty decent👍
Had an issue with the CD player, kicking back out. Contacted for assistance and they fixed it and send it back. Very happy with the result and happy with my Xbox.

Faulty power brick- don’t buy from Amazon
This worked perfectly fine on first use, everything as it was supposed to. However, as soon as I went to power it on about two/three days later, it didn’t turn on. The power brick light stayed orange and no matter what I did to trouble shoot it — power reset by unplugging it from the wall, unplugging the power brick from wall and console, cleaning what little dust there was, plugging the whole thing into a completely different outlet — nothing worked. I finally just returned this, got my money back, and plan on buying from Gamestop or some other more reliable site. After checking the reviews it seems like other people had VERY similar issues so just don’t buy from here. Go on Gamestop, Ebay, something where there’s more transparency and accountability for a good digital product.

Scratched but works fine
Happy with my purchase. So we’ve had it for about a month now I got it for my 8 year old son. I was skeptical because so many bad reviews but I took my chances and so far so good. It has some scratches and when I wiped it the color on the front faded but I plugged everything up and it works fine it didn’t take super long to get it set up besides the fact I didn’t know how to syn the controller but I YouTubed it and it worked. It took about 20-30 minutes to run updates and set up and we’ve been good ever since thank God. The power supply box does make a loud noise even when the console is off but it’s not super loud and it doesn’t get hot. It’s incompatible with some of the new games but it’s an older gen console I guess. We’re satisfied with the purchase hope it continues to run smoothly.

Product works, the controller that came with it does not go with this Xbox, its a 360 controller so that didn’t work, also had to use a different hdmi cord. The one it came with didn’t work . The Xbox works so thats good.

DONT BUY – DONT WORK AT ALL!
This is disgraceful! I don’t know how they even allow these people to sell these NONE working items! They said “excellent” condition, NO, I don’t think a broken piece off the top of the console is EXCELLENT condition, that’s not all, IT DONT EVEN WORK!!!!!!!! This was a birthday present for my daughter just bc she likes one game on it, so I paid $175 for a PAPER WEIGHT! I’m so disgusted by this! The power button don’t even work, the game won’t even turn on! And this is excellent condition!?!?! And I’ll have to wait 7-10 days for my money back on top of it! Wow 😮 I have no more words but DONT BUY THIS! Do not buy this! This should be a crime in my opinion! Literally disgraceful! I’m SO mad right now! Especially bc my poor kid is so upset by it! This was supposed to be a HAPPY birthday!

Xbox overheats and won’t connect
Xbox showed up on time and looking good but 2 problems. One is it only gives me the option to turn it off or hook to my wifi upon startup and when I plug my wifi in it says it has the wrong protection and won’t work meaning I can’t access options to use the system at all. Now this may be an error or something I can fix on my end so I’m not too concerned. Biggest problem is right out of the box it overheats immediately even though it’s not obstructed or closed in in any way. To even use it to begin with I have to keep a box fan blowing on it which is somewhat ridiculous.

Refurbished and offered at a reduction. Worked straight out of the box. Great for keeping children occupied. Came with a controller which also was easy to pair. One mans rubbish really is another mans treasure.

Bought for my daughters birthday as it was the only thing she wanted. When we opened the box the console was severely scratched and had dust and dirt in the crevices. When we plugged it in to set it up it turned on for a few moments, displayed a preparing console screen, then powered itself off. Half the time it doesn’t even turn on and when it does it powers back off after about 10 seconds so we never got the chance to set it up and it ruined her birthday. After over a month of trying various fixes and replacing leads etc, I am going to have to purchase an entirely new console. As many will understand right now finances are tough and as a disabled single mum with an additional needs child I don’t have the luxury of buying the latest consoles or replacing items. I’d had to save up as it was to get her this so not only did it ruin her birthday but now who knows when I can afford to replace it.
