Initial problem but they fixed my issue
I ordered an XBox One. It arrived on-time. I set it up and it worked. On the next day it started making a loud noise like the fan was straining. The Xbox shut down four or five times over the next few days. I contacted the seller and they provided me information about potential cures for the issue. I tried several but when the Xbox shut down again, I asked for a new one. The process for returning was easy. They provided a paid shipping label and I could track it online. I received the new one within a week and it has worked fine. I would do business with this company again. The customer service chat was responsive and helpful.

Faulty system
In description it said the xbox was refurbished and in good working condition. However the first time I turned it on it instantly overheated. Then it would shut itself down with in a couple of minutes. This is not a refurbished unit. I sent it back to the company because they didn’t have it set up to send it back to Amazon. Tracked the package and it showed that my return was received. In the instruction it said once my return was received they would issue the refund. However my refund wasn’t issued. I messaged the company several times and they never responded. I was starting to think that I wasn’t going to get my money back. So last ditch effort I called Amazon and the customer service representative could also see that my return was received. So she was able to refund my card. I would not recomend buying the product or anything else from this company.

Got the Xbox…it didn’t work.i contacted customer service and had 5 star help.they messaged me like they were my best friend.i shipped it back to them and they promptly sent me another xbox.it works well.i never had such a good customer service experience. I highly recommend doing business with these guys.thanks again andrew!!

Works Flawlessly
After reading the reviews, I will admit I was a little apprehensive in buying a renewed xbox one x. Especially since the one advertised was $100 less than I had previously seen on Amazon. But, since it was a great deal and I knew I wouldn’t find it or less, I went a head and bought it. I am so happy that I did. I actually waited to write my review until I had used the xbox for a while, since it seems others had issues after using it for a few days. Well, I purchased it on Feb 11 and it is now March 25 and not one issue. In fact, I even signed up for preview builds and have gotten a few updates since my purchase. I am able to game using 4k graphics for hours with no issues, no heating up, nothing wrong at all. I have a 55″ 4k TV and the video from the xbox is amazing. I play heavy graphic games like Destiny 2, Call of Duty and others so at first I kept a close eye on the machine. I can literally game with heavy graphics for hours – like 4 -5 hours at a time and no issues. I also watch 4k streaming on Hulu and Netflix with no issues there either. The xbox did come in a generic box with only the power cord and wireless controller, but I get Gamepass Ultimate free through Bing rewards, so I wasn’t too worried about not getting the Xbox Live Gold subscription. Also, I had extra HDMI cables, so again not an issue. As for looks, the machine looks brand new and the label says it was made in 2019, so maybe I got one that was not actually renewed, I dunno. There is no certified renewed sticker from Microsoft like they would put on it. All I know is, it works awesome and looks brand new, so I am happy. I would definitely recommend getting one. I use instant on, so it loads really fast and I can use my Android app to download games on the go, or use my voice via Google Assistant and turn the machine on/off, or to record things as I am playing rather than using the controller options in a “heavy situation.” All-in-all a great purchase and I am happy I made the decision to go with it.

Overpriced
This Xbox one works well for an older model but you can can find one a lot cheaper after I searched too late. This model is a 2017 model almost 10 years old and you can save over $100 if you purchase it somewhere else. I was in a hurry for an Xbox at the time and did not research properly I would suggest buying it elsewhere.
