Console works great, have an issue with a game, but that could be because it is 3 generations old as opposed to the console.

Amazing Graphics at 120 fps
I have a PS5 pro, a Switch 2, PC, and finally this Xbox Series X. I purchased it renewed from Amazon. I list all of that to say that the Xbox series X is what I use the most. The graphics may not be quite on par with the PS5 Pro but they are absolutely gorgeous nonetheless. I find that more games on the Xbox run at a stable 120 fps in comparison to the ps5 pro, where most games run at 60fps in performance mode and 30 fps in graphics mode. I love gamepass, even with the recent price increase. I would buy a series X now before the price goes up even more. When I purchased my Series X, it was $499. So I feel very lucky that I bought mine when I did. I still think it is worth it at the new price. A fantastic feature of the Xbox is the hot-swappable storage expansion cards. I have a 1TB and a 2 TB card and it couldn’t be easier or faster to swap them out to play different games. The quick resume feature is fantastic and works like a charm. I love this console and I’m happy I bought it.

Refurbished Machine just crashes. Defective.
UPDATE: The defective machine I received was shipped back to Amazon as a return and and was received on 10/20. It is now 11/13 and Amazon has yet to refund my money. I have reached out to Amazon customer support multiple times and to this point, they have been unwilling to help. In fact, the last person I worked with basically told me to wait till 11/24.MY RECOMMENDATION: Proceed with caution. I had so much trust in Amazon to make things right before this. Not as much anymore…I purchased this machine because I saw that it was on sale on Prime Day for $399. I figured it was a great deal so I read up on the “Amazon Renewed” items and felt that if Amazon says they inspect and test these items that it would work so I went ahead.Two days later my system arrived. I spent the time unpacking, hooking up and installing the system. After some time I was able to download and install a couple games and attempted to play. Each and every game crashed. Some times the game would crash and send me back to the Home Screen, some times it would crash the entire system completely. I tried resetting the system, looking for updates and all the other troubleshooting steps to get things working with no luck.Ultimately, I gave up. I figured I had wasted enough of my time and contacted Amazon to return it. I will not be buying another unit from Amazon, new or “Renewed” as all the time wasted on this experience has soured me on them. I’ll just bite the bullet and buy one local.At the end of the day I would say to think long and hard on buying one of these renewed systems. I seriously doubt much quality control is being done as I was just shipped out a broken unit and wasted a ton of my time trying to get it to work.

Good Renewed Xbox
No issues at all with this console! It’s gotten me through plenty of games, including the new BF6 Beta, without any overheating or crashes. It looked brand new right out of the box—not a scratch on it. Overall, a great used Xbox that works perfectly and saved me a bit of money.

Great quality for a Refurbished/Renewed Console
I will update if this changes on anyway.Got to be honest, I thought for a moment I was getting a brand new never before used console. Packaging was great, all smelled new and it was neat and flawless. The only way to know you have a Refurbished/Renewed console is by reading about it on the box on a corner with not so big letters that says “Refurbished”Device is accompanied by a new controller and both HDMI and Power Cord (which all seemed new).At my house my kids and I have been using it for an average of 6 hours daily and so far it is working great. I am now considering getting a fan to maintain device temperature even lower (and extend life).Just in case, get the assurion extended warranty, as I did. You never know how will time affect the refurbished unit and, at around $49 for 3 years of worry free use? No brainer.(PS. it just has 90day warranty out of the box. Prime Day deal had this unit at 369+tax. There are some other Used “Like New” Xbox’s from Amazon that brings a whole year warranty.)

Voy a ser completamente sincero, pondría 4.5 estrellas, la consola llegó a su debido tiempo, hasta ahora funcionando sin problemas, no hace ruido, excelente estetica, el mando como nuevo, lo único que es preocupante es el estado de la caja literalmente la parte trasera estaba parchada en cinta adhesiva, pero al momento nada más que reprochar

Lo compre para mi cumpleaños, instale un juego y todo iba normal, cuando queria instalar un segundo juego, estaba fallando la instalacion, y al final no se queria instalar. intente moverme por todo el menu y muchas cosas empezaron a fallar o no querian iniciar, renicie la consola, y funciono de nuevo. Nuevamente volvieron a fallar las instalaciones, quise entrar instalar otros juegos y cancelar los anteriores y fallaba.Reinicie la consola por segunda vez, ahora tardaba iniciar la consola pero alrededor de 5 minutos, ya no inicio normalmente, ahora iniciaba en modo seguro dandome los errores E100, E101. No pude hacer nada para resolver, ni si quiera podia reestablecerse de fabrica (por mas que pulsaba “A” en esa opcion, no iniciaba, intente actualizarlo por USB, tampoco funciono). Y lo devolvi, en cuanto me den la devolucion lo comprare por el proveedor de XBOX o MICROSOFT
