The Way to my New Life
Wow what an amazing book so full of positivity and mindfulness information. This book has helped me start transforming my life. I already fill a sense of happiness, calm, and mindfulness. I feel much more compassion and energized. These mindful exercises are truly amazing and so helpful with everyday stresses. I battle bipolar and an anxiety disorder this book has really made an improvement to my mind and body. Thank you so much for such a wonderful book.

It works for me!
Some people like books with this subject; others think it’s silly. I worked hard to lost 130 pounds and then put back 35 of them because I could not control my emotions and my stress. I need a guide to help me get a grip and focus on my food consumption and my emotional eating. This book works for me. It’s a gentle collection of questions to ask myself and exercises to try. Not that I will adopt everything in the book, but I appreciate the specific exercise, as opposed to places where I have read “Just do it”. I’m happy with it.

Well worth the time to read
I found the text flowed well. I noted a few spelling errors. The information is useful as I would recommend three practices to others. It will also benefit me inn my line of work, helping others.

Great insights
I enjoyed how Telford incorporated several mindfulness activities you can practice now. Also, how she discussed the benefits of practicing mindfulness like lower anxiety, higher mental clarity, etc.

Short and simple summary of mindfulness
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is a wonderful book on the very popular topic. The best part of the book is – it is well researched. Author has painstaking researched the topic. If you don’t want to read many books on this topic, this one book will summarise everything in nutshell.

Great Read!
Very informative. I think this book provides a good baseline in learning about mindfulness and how to start a practice.

I found this well written. Mindfulness would often, though not always, be a go to for those with mixed up minds, full of stressful decisions etc. In these cases a difficult book to read is just one step too far.I was lucky to begin my Mindfulness journey many years ago with a trainer. Although that was great, this book allows you to gain this knowledge in your own home and your own time. Who you are is so important and you do not belong in a box where others put you. You are you. Learn to be strong in who you are and take control of of your life.
Will Gibson –
I really enjoyed this book. Although the concepts of mindfulness and appreciating life in the moment are simple, the author walks us through integrating this approach in all aspects of our lives as the books progresses. Hence, I never felt like everything was said in the first third of the book and then repeated over and over as can be the case in self help books. I am looking forward to integrating the suggested exercises into my life.

I found this really helpful at a time when I found my life to be meaningless
Shona Battersby –
The book breaks down the concept of Mindfulness in an easy to understand format. It gives exercises to help the reader create a sense of mindfulness. The exercises were simple and varied. I also like the way the chapters breakdown the way that mindfulness can help readers cope with so many everyday situations. Loved it.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
