Not compatible with all networks.
Received 16PROMAX yesterday. Looks great. 16GB RAM, 1TB ROM, Android 15, 2 SIM slots, 22000mAh battery, 68M front camera, 108M back camera, 6.99 inch panel, 3840*2160 resolution, comes with clear plastic protector, all checks out. You will have to switch language to English in Google, Play, Meet, etc… took a few hours to figure out. Then you have to enable your home, back menu buttons at the bottom of the screen (hard to find in settings).Installed physical SIM (T-MOBILE/Mint Mobile). It reconized the SIM card and associated phone # (from old phone, but still active), but I could not make or receive calls. WiFi worked fine.Checked 16PROMAX IMEI on Mint Mobile site, sadly it is not compatible. To repeat, it is not compatible with all networks as advertised.Now I have to return this and buy a new cellphone without cyber Monday pricing. This sucks.

Not compatible with straight talk or Verizon
Says unlocked but it does not work on Straight talk or Verizon services. Imei says it’s compatible, but after spending nearly 2 hours on the phone with customer service, it was determined that this phone is NOT compatible. I’ve returned it.

No support at ALL
I have tried to contact seller and Amazon about a defective sim card tray, but no help. This is not acceptable and if seller does not make this right within 72 hours, I would stay away. The phone is a 1 TB rom, but 100gb is used up from just the installed apps/bloatware. I tried to add a 1TB SD card as it states “expandable to 2TB, but you cannot get sim card tray in with SD card.

The cell, wifi and blue tooth range is not nearly as strong as my old S10. The play store app is in a oriental language which I cannot change to English

This phone should not be listed as a phone for the US I took phone to have a sim card put in it was told wasn’t compatible for use in the United States…… no warning or notice given when purchase was made. I feel ripped off by Amazon and the phone manufacture. I do not recommend buying this phone anytime.
