NEVER TRUST AMAZON TO REFUND YOUR MONEY IN ANY SORT OF TIMELY MATTER…
Phone screen just went black after a few days of using it. Would not charge, power on, reset soft, hard reset, I mean it just went out completely. I returned it and the case and stylus to amazon through Kohls return. Amazon credits me for my case and stylus, but not the $217 phone. Now, this was February 24th I brought it to Kohls with the return labels printed, they scanned them and gave me my copies. Same night I was refunded for the accessories but not the phone…. to this day almost 2 weeks later I still have not received my refund of the phone yet? Any store with the product and a receipt would refund your money instantly, but amazon takes weeks apparently and even possibly a month. I have literally spent thousands on their shopping site, I pay my prime membership, I even bought add on subscriptions through them like unlimited music, audible, apple TV, paramount plus, food delivery. Do you think they care.. nope I’m so disappointed that 2 weeks later I’m still waiting on over $200 when they very clearly can see they received the product on the tracking return sheet Kohls provides for verification for both parties. I’m feeling so taken Advantage of and not like a customer but more like a fool.. how does your shopping get delayed for 2 weeks j find that hard to believe

Thought the phone was locked out but it wasn’t.
I read some of the reviews that complained about the phone being network locked and thought I was in the same boat. I contacted the seller and they explained the unlock code is on the box. The issue was that number that worked to unlock the phone was labeled as “Serial Number” and was not apparent it was the unlock code. The seller also stated there should have been instructions in the box, which I can say we’re not in the box. Either way, the seller was quick to straighten out the problem which was a relief.

Awesome Phone But Missing A Few Features I Wish It Had
Love the phone especially because it is a flip phone. Great screen size, look and feel.The reason I wanted a flip phone is because I constantly break/crack the screen on the standard phones. It does not matter if I buy the most expensive bulletproof phone case. Those cases only protect the phone/screen if the phone falls on an edge or back side. If the phone lands on an object anywhere on the screen, they automatically crack the screen. Not with a flip phone. Once closed, the screen is protected and if you buy a case for it like I did, now it’s truly bulletproof. I’ve accidentally dropped my phone so many times and no damage to the screen at all. My phone case also protects the small outside screen.I actually like this version with the small screen in the front. Makes it harder to damage it. The larger the screen, the bigger the chances of damaging it like the standard phones.When flipped closed, takes up way less space in my pants pockets compared to a non flip phone. No chance of it slipping out my pocket. The phone case I added does make it bulkier but if you’re not using one or a really thin skin type cover, pretty thin sleek phone.The only negatives I really have are:It does not have an external SD card slot for memory. Whatever memory the phone comes with, that’s it. This also makes it harder to track, save, and transfer files like pics and videos.It does have wireless charging (I wouldn’t have bought it if it didn’t) however, it is slow. I believe the wireless charging is rated at 5W max. Wired charging is fast though (30W max). I just prefer wireless charging because all charging ports (on all phones) do wear out over time and eventually fail preventing from charging the phone.The crease in the middle of the screen starts becoming noticeable on the screen after so much use, abuse, and flips. This doesn’t bother me and I don’t really notice it when watching videos but others are super sensitive to this and want perfect screen clarity always, so keep that in mind. This tradeoff for having a flip phone is worth it to me. This flip phone screen technology is still new so I expect the screens to only get better in the future.Overall, love my phone and don’t regret this purchase.

I really love the features on this phone.I just wish it was more durable.The screen messes up too easily must be very careful with phone for it to last. Had to replace it twice
