Nice value meaning you get a lot for less. Helped reduce inflammation in a shoulder I dislocated many years ago plus since I’ve been taking it I sleep thru the night which was a rarity. All in all very good and effective supplement.

Best Supplement I’ve Taken!!!
I struggle with sleep due to my anxiety, I tried magnesium and it worked immediately. First night I only woke up once but fell right back to sleep and the energy!!! I feel great during the daytime. I’ve tried different sleeping pills, aids, and drinks but this is a game changer.

Effective Supplement, But the Pills are Very Large
This is a high-quality magnesium supplement that I’ve found to be very effective for supporting bone health and promoting a sense of calm. The 500mg potency is exactly what I was looking for, and Nature’s Bounty is a brand I trust. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because the tablets are quite large and can be a bit challenging to swallow. This might be an issue for some people. Despite the size, the effectiveness and value make this a product I will continue to use and recommend, just with that small caveat.

I find this product to be good and works well. my spouse had a resting pain in his arm and since taking this magnesium supplement , he has been feeling much better . He has not been feeling any pain since . His job is hectic and this really helps with bone and muscle restoration . I recommend best to take it at night .
