I love using this massager. It’s really easy to use and set up. I love that it’s USB C so really easy to charger.The straps help with the adjusting the pressure and moving the massager to the exact spot you want. The leather material does not have a smell which I really appreciate.It is really good quality. I recently purchased this cordless neck and shoulder massager and I’m really impressed with how well it works given its compact size. It’s much smaller and easier to handle than another massager I had before, which was bulkier and required an external power source just to function. Great Massager
This neck massager is a nice item. It gives a deep massage and heats up nicely. I like it better than a previous one that I had purchased because it doesn’t latch on and painfully squeeze my nexk Iike the last one did.My only complaint would be that I wish it could reach lower on my trap muscles, but, honestly, I don’t think I’ve seen any that do this. We purchased this same unit for our son’s birthday gift and he loves it.

–Update: Good customer service for product. Seller was responsive and prompt in restoring customer satisfaction.–Initial review: I really wanted to like this. If I didn’t put my arms through the straps or use the loops without pulling down, it did absolutely nothing pressure-wise. If I did put my arms in the arm loops, it was painful and didn’t work out my tight shoulders. I wish it had kneading pressure options (it has 3 speeds of rotations). After the first use, I developed skin friction burns on my shoulders from the roters (see pics). Not even 3 weeks into owning it, the roters on one side make an abnormal clicking sound with any moderater/deep pressure. Maybe it is just my unit since it has so many other great reviews, but this is a no for me.

Heated neck and shoulder massager
This neck and shoulder massager has been a really nice little treat at the end of the day. It heats up quickly, the kneading feels strong without being too intense, and it’s easy to move around from my neck to my back and legs. I like that it’s cordless so I’m not fighting with a plug or cord while trying to relax. Overall it’s comfortable to use, feels well made, and has definitely helped take the edge off sore muscles after work.

Presque 70 euros mais il fait bien le travail, et on ne trouve plus de masseurs qui malaxent ainsi de nos jours !Voici quelques remarques :- Il arrive dans une boîte qui n’est pas trop petite et qui permet de le ranger ensuite. Il est déjà chargé en partie et on peut l’utiliser dès réception. Il est fourni avec juste un câble usb-c mais pas de chargeur, ils recommandent d’utiliser un 5V2A, donc un modèle courant.- il malaxe très bien ! Il a deux modes, c’est agréable de changer, ça ne devient pas lassant. Le premier malaxe bien les trapèzes et le deuxième vient serrer plus haut sur le cou, en tout cas c’est l’impression que ça laisse.- il chauffe avec deux modes aussi, moyen et chaud, on peut aussi arrêter le chauffage- La sangle élastique qu’on peut fixer dans le dos est une très bonne idée, ça permet au système de tenir tout seul sans qu’on ait besoin de tenir les poignées. On peut s’adosser à un siège, même taper sur un clavier, pendant qu’il travaille. La mettre et la retirer est simple, il suffit d’appuyer sur la base du verrou pour qu’elle s’ouvre.- Le sans fil et aussi très pratique, on peut bouger avec en toute liberté- Les commandes sont très simples : Un bouton marche / arrêt (et il s’arrête automatiquement après 10mn), un bouton pour le mode et un troisième pour le niveau de chauffage. Ils recommandent de l’utiliser 10mn puis de le laisser reposer 30mn… Il n’est pas prévu pour de l’utilisation intense ? Ou c’est pour reposer nos muscles ? Ce n’est pas dit.- Le tout est plutôt silencieux, on l’entend mais le bruit n’est pas gênant, on peut parler en même temps.- Ils indiquent qu’on ne peut pas utiliser le produit pendant la charge. D’après la doc : La batterie est de 2500mAh, il faut 3h30 pour la charger, elle peut durer 1h30 en utilisation. Le voyant devient rouge quand il faut prévoir la charge de sorte qu’on ne devrait pas être pris de court. Pendant la charge le voyant clignote, et quand elle est terminée le voyant devient fixe. On ne sait donc pas combien il reste à consommer ou à charger mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant.Amazon indiquait que ce modèle était moins retourné que les autres et je l’ai adopté moi aussi !

Garbage 🗑People say “awh, its like a real massage, feels just like a masseuses fingers”, which is BS, its a mechanical device!!- Positives -+ Does sit on your back / neck+ Moves in multiple directions, but not automatically say half way through, you manually have to change it+ Heat works well, and is fast. Downside, can get too hot 🔥, so youll likely turn it off, and there is only one heat setting.- Negatives — The mid trap thing, meh, pointless- The overall experience? 1/5. Not therapeutic.- I used it with no neck pain, just to test it, and its not pleasurable in any way. Was i loosened up? Meh, no, not really. I felt “something”, (insignificant / useless) but later my neck felt worse!CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS* Deal with the root cause. Posture, stress, physio. Maybe do some neck tucks, but get professional advice first* If you want some self care devices, 30-60 seconds (or longer) with a massage gun not directly on neck, hear me clearly, on traps / ridge of neck, that will losen things right up and do a far superior job. Bob and Brad entry level massage gun “may” be worth considering, i dont know, but you dont have to get a theragun pro like me. Or, get a manual massage device for direct use on neck. and use it for a minute or 2, that would be better* Do i recommend this? Absolutely not. But, if you have no other solutions, maybe youre a senior, and want something passive? Hmm, i guess “possibly” better than nothing?? I guess the reviews are outstanding. I have degeneration in my neck (arthritis) I do weight training as recommended by physio, and i know if I did have pain / discomfort / tightness, like you, this wont do anything, not for me. Complete garbage. Waste of money 💰- Non therapeutic- Nothing like a real massage- Not pleasure if thats what youre thinking (Not why I bought it)- I felt more pain after using it- Kind of too soft at highest setting- A massage gun is Far superior at a fraction of time- At best, its may increase some blood flow, yes ill admit that, but still garbage to me.No, this will not help with pain, tension or muscle tightness or arthritis, is certainly no solution, or treatment plan.Take some deep breaths relaxing neck and shoulders, allow your shoulders to drop. Do that let’s say 5 minutes.
