This has been my best purchase of the year. The immediate relief and release of tension that I get from using the massager is as close to having a masseuse living in my home as I can get. It is easy to put on and adjust. The best $20 purchase I’ve made.

Works GREAT, till it doesn’t work at all
The good: great pressure, heat works well, and I love that it has the strap to help it stay on and the additional straps you can pull to help reposition or increase the impact.The bad: I’m 5’1, about 115 lbs. It fits me great. When my more average-sized friends came over to try it, 2 of the 4 women couldn’t extend the strap enough for it to close, and it was uncomfortable for at least one other. That is to say, this would be uncomfortable or even too small for most adults. The worst part is the battery life. I bought it 5 months ago and used it maybe once a week. At first, it would massage for a full 30-45 minutes, even on the highest setting. Then, it would last 15 minutes. Now, it barely massages for 3 minutes and the battery dies. Even on the lowest setting, it will not stay charged. WORST value.

Great product for work at home.
Wish it had a pressure adjuster it’s really strong feels good but some what painful need to make sure you wearing a shirt or put a towel between the machine and your skin or you get rub burn. But regardless I love it and it work real well on calf muscles too.

Mini Massager With Hard-to-Use Control Panel
Please note that this is a MINI massager (this is not mentioned in the title). The control panel is located out of sight, behind the ear. I tried to operate it by touch, but kept pressing the wrong buttons.Because of this, I had to keep going to a mirror just to see the controls and adjust the settings. I was unable to relax or enjoy the massage. The massage itself is very mediocre, and the poorly placed control panel made the experience more frustrating than relaxing.

A great product
This is a very good shoulder massager. I have been using it for a while. I feel that it is light and easy to operate. The speed can also be adjusted. It can quickly provide relief. Because I am a driver, every time I get home from get off work, my shoulders feel inexplicably sore. After using this massager for a few minutes, the whole person suddenly felt a lot more relaxed. I will keep using it

Didn’t live up to reviews and expectations
Not sure why this has such good reviews it doesn’t do much at all. It only focuses on one small area . It does have heat but just wasn’t impressed with the massaging action.
