What a great massager!
I really like this neck massager. Honestly, I use it just as much on my back as I do my neck. It massages firmly, but not so hard it hurts. It really gives a nice amount of pressure. It’s easy to take with you anywhere and fit right in my luggage on my last trip. I’ve been using it a couple months now and I can’t imagine not having one at this point. It’s used daily, sometimes two or three times daily if my kids want it. It’s great quality and very durable. The only negative thing I can say about it is that it plays super annoying music every time you turn it on. It can be turned off, but it’s just an annoying and unnecessary feature.Overall I would really recommend this if you have a sore neck or back. It’s done wonders for me!

Great for neck & shoulder tension!
This is a bit different from what I was expecting (the center part isn’t plush, it’s a solid massage unit), but it works quite well!I sit at a desk in front of a computer all day, which leads to quite a bit of neck and shoulder tension. I decided to give this a shot, and man am I glad I did! Just 15 minutes with this after work relieves a ton of the tension and pain in my shoulders/neck, and I feel a whole lot better.It does have a few quirks I want to note -1) Don’t use it while sitting in a hard-backed chair. It works best if you are either leaning forward, or leaning back against something plush. This is because the massage unit will constantly be *thunk*ing against the hard chair back. I sit in my recliner while using it.2) You cannot use it while plugged in. This is my main gripe – it’s battery powered, but you can’t use it while it’s charging, you have to charge it, unplug it, then use it. I would really prefer if I didn’t have to deal with that, and could just leave it on the charger.Other than that, though, it works pretty great! It’s not too expensive ($30 at time of writing), and it works pretty well for relieving neck & shoulder tension!

GREATTTTTT at shoulder and neck massages that get the job done. I’m super impressed by how good this feels, how easy it is to use, and the build quality.I prefer a hard and deep massage and this delivered. You can adjust the amount of pressure by how hard you pull on the arm straps, so it’s easy to let up or dig in when you need it.Heat was consistent and felt good as well. Even after it turned off, the fabric holds the heat for a few more minutes so I like to hold the device against my neck to let the heat help relax my muscles further, like a warm down almost.A USB-C wire comes included, but I used my phone charger and it worked fine. I wouldn’t have minded if you could use it wired or wireless, but I’m sure there’s some technology limitations against that. The wireless functionalitg means this is easy to charge and then use anywhere, like the couch while watching TV. Super portable and convenient! I used it for three full cycles and it still had juice. I would estimate it automatically turns off after 20 minutes. The instructions stated it can provide 100 minutes of runtime on one charge.I think for the cost, this is a great tool for some easy muscle relaxation or a great gift for that tense friend in your life. Great value! Love it!

Good massage but no heat
Although the massaging feature works well, the heat feature does not work at all. When activiated, the massager lights up orange, but no heat is emitted.

This thing is powerful, it gives a nice deep tissue massage that gets the knots out of my neck. I love how I can adjust the speed, how it changes direction automatically every few minutes, and how it turns itself off automatically after 15 minutes at which point I’ve almost dozed off

Awkward to use
Ok for an upper back and shoulder massage if used as pictured, the neck rests against it fine. I did flip the unit over and my neck rested on the massage kneading parts, it did massage my neck and back of my head. Somewhat difficult to use on other areas of the body due to the inability to secure it in place. This unit is big and awkward to use because the operating buttons are located too high up while the arms use the slings on each side to hold it in place.The button functions have their own issues:The on/off button is not as responsive as expected.The music feature automatically turns on every time and it’s just one preprogrammed tune with birds, keep pressing the button to turn it off.The heating function was mildly noticeable, it did turn the red light on or off.The 3 speed setting was noticeable but the circle button only reverses the spinning.Keep the box for storage, it is portable but would be better with a storage bag.I have mild neck issues and just testing this for a few minutes gave me a small pulled muscle feeling by my shoulder.
