Great laptop at a good price
I’m definitely pleased with this laptop so far. I snagged a limited time deal through Amazon for $467. 32 gb of DDR5 RAM and a 1 tb SSD. Everything is running smooth, and there have been no issues with any slowdown with using apps/web browsing while having other tasks going in the background. All in all I’m very pleased. I had never heard of Nimo before. After looking into them, it’s definitely a solid brand with a 2 year warranty. You can’t beat that. I previously purchased an Acer Aspire 3 for $359, which would have been sufficient with what hardware. However I found out after the fact that the laptop was only warrantied in India. Returned. With all the features that were included with this laptop, I had to purchase it. I would’ve ended up upgrading the RAM and SSD, which would’ve been about the same price as the Acer Aspire 3. The only downside I have found so far is that the BIOS updates are locked through Nimo, and setting changes are limited in the BIOS. For what I’m going to use it for, I have no issues with that. It does indicate that it is for light gamin, but I have no intention for that. I have a PS5 for that. The video quality of the screen is nice. I know there are nicer displays on other laptops, but I have no plans on watching much of anything on it anyways. Set up was quick. I would definitely recommend this laptop. I’m very pleased with my purchase. The speakers also sound pretty decent. The fingerprint reader also works well, and the backlit keyboard is nice as well.

I just received this computer two dats ago. It was packaged and protected very well. It started up quick enough for me which was a few seconds. Everything is working as expected. Color sound and graphics are all pretty good for the price. And there is no lag when browing the internet. I think its a nice basic computer for everyday simple tasks. I will update once I download a few apps if there is any problem but so far its a👍.

Maybe just mine but it’s pretty bad.
I think about every 3 days something happens with this computer. Most recent is I left it for 3 hours and came back it has a blue screen with a “Bit Locker” or something like that on it saying it needs to be reset or look up account stuff on Microstoft.3 days before that it bluescreens and has to be rebooted 4 times to work.Every 2 days it will just go black but with the power lights still on and only way to get it to do anything is to hold power button until it shuts off and boot it back up and hope it works.As far as functionality when it is working it seems to do ok. Decent enough speed and graphics although I don’t bother trying to game on it since it’s just meh in that compartment all games even simple ones like Minecraft seem to make it struggle.In short….I suggest looking for a different computer. Maybe it’s just the one I bought but having to go through the “Is it going to even work today?” Every few days is not worth it.Update: removing second star. It is less than a month old and already locking me out with a BitLocker. So now unable to use it and only thing it’s offering through Amazon is to return it despite it having all of my personal information and documents on it. So I either need to figure out how to wipe it clean or pay someone for computer support and getting files recovered and then removed from this device then returning it. Or just dealing with a now worthless piece of metal.Update 2: I managed to get it working by getting it to work long enough to save files and put them on external that I had to buy and completely cleaning and hard resetting computer to the point of doing basic setup stuff again. 3 months after and guess what. Bitlocker and errors again. By this stage I learned to save the 48 character key for getting past the new bitlocker lock out. However still have to type it out painfully slow and then pray that the computer isn’t going to just shut itself down and require you to put in the code again the next time it reboots.

Good laptop overall, but I don’t think it’s for gaming
Good product for the price of $300 usd when I bought it. It handled basic functions well and I had no problem going through classes with it, downloading slides, submitting documents, etc. This laptop grew on me, so it was hard to let go when I returned it because it didn’t run Valorant well despite putting it on low settings, since that was a big reason why I made this purchase.

For what it’s worth I’ve had it for a month and I will say that it’s definitely done a great job with keeping up with all that I need to do when it comes to paperwork and documents. I have tried to play games some games work very well others being that they’re newer games aren’t as well being that it doesn’t have the graphics it needs, but if you’re doing light gaming or just simple business work and Webb scrolling and stuff it’s definitely a good Laptop for young adults or teenagers. If you’re in the market for a teenager sound quality on the speakers aren’t that loud but for what it’s worth we all use headphones so not big of a deal. The boot time for it to start up is amazing how fast it starts quality seems very good. battery Life is very short. I suggest keeping this plugged in at all times if you’re trying to do travels you’re probably gonna get about 3-4 hours (maybe) , especially gaming. Performance again like stated earlier not too bad and the set up was very easy. The real big part about this is the hundred watt USB-C you’re able to use that for multiple devices and if you have a newer phone that would be a big game changer for when you need to get a quick juice up that charger will do the trick. For my part being text savvy and have not gotten a new laptop since 2010 I will say this is a very good mid-level entry for gaming light but for all else doing programs when it comes to podcasting stuff like that, it’ll definitely be a good start up
