I recently purchased the NIMO 17.3 FHD IPS Business-Gaming Laptop, and I’m thoroughly impressed! This laptop is blazing fast, handling everything from multitasking for work to light gaming with ease. The AMD Ryzen 5 6600H processor and 16GB DDR5 RAM make it incredibly responsive, and the 1TB SSD provides ample storage for all my files and applications.The build quality is top-notch—sleek, lightweight, and feels premium. The 17.3-inch FHD IPS display is vibrant and crisp, perfect for both productivity and immersive viewing. Amazing so far!
I am enjoying this laptop! The size is great and the color is beautiful! I’m still learning things about it, but so far it’s 9 out of 10 for me. The only thing missing is it being a touchscreen. I’m learning to live without it and honestly not having glare and fingerprints all over the screen has been great! I was concerned about the backlight constantly going out, but realized that it only goes out when I’m not using it and as soon as I touch a key it lights back up. I also gave it a 9 because I’m not crazy about the speakers installed but if you don’t have anything else to compare it to it’s not as noticeable. I’m hoping to upgrade or just connect the Bluetooth and use other speakers for movies and music, which I’ve done and it’s a perfect trade-out, so it’s not a big deal. The value for the price is awesome! The great features for the price and having the 90-day and 2-year warranty is what caused me to try this brand out and so far I’m super happy I did!

I’ve only had this for a couple of days. It’s great size and weight. Has all the ports I need and the display is spot on. Loved all the brand logos during the start up process and on the power cord. It has plenty of space and speed. I don’t do the gaming thing so this is mostly for home and work use. Haven’t had to use it for work yet. I have to use a VPN service for that and still need to try it out. Still, overall, I am happy with it. I’ll try to follow up after I’ve used it for a bit

So far I love my laptop, I was nervous at first because I hadn’t heard of the brand but an awesome computer so far. The rose gold color is so pretty. Backlight on the keyboard is a plus.

NEW REVISION:I highly recommend this laptop for those who just use a laptop for basic pc usage. Its very responsive for webpages and documents.if you want this for gaming, well buy a different laptop by Nimo. they are outstanding and the customer service is fabulous!When in doubt, choose Nimo!

Does not work with dual monitors
I bought this N173 Nimo 17.3″ Laptop recently. My main purpose was to connect to Monitors. While this Laptop works fine with one monitor, once I connect the 2nd monitor using the USB-C port which as per the company’s description is multifunctional and compatible for video output does not seem to work as expected. The issue is when I move a browser screen to the monitor connected with HDMI and enlarge the screen it completely turns totally GREEN and other monitor and laptop screen freezes and becomes black. The Laptop is frozen. I have to disconnect one of the monitors and restart for it to work. Strangely enough it works fine either of the HDMI and USB-C monitor connections without any issue as long as it is only one Monitor. I contacted the company 2 business days back, a support staff to notes. The support staff said this model laptop should support dual monitor and said some one with either contact me via email or phone call same day. But nothing happened so far. Hence going to return it or try a replacement. If the replacement does not work, I would have to completely return it for a refund.BTW, I also tried various things to resolve the issue myself by checking device driver, windows and running antivirus scans. Device driver came up with I have latest driver. Windows downloaded and updated latest install. Antivirus did not find any problems. Let me try my luck with the replacement if they offer.I gave 2 stars because the Laptop itself seems to work fine with single monitor. But I have not loaded any other software other than antivirus. Hence I do not know whether there is a load capability problem as well. My 2 year old HP 17″ laptop with lesser Graphics card seems to work better than this laptop if it is something to do with the graphics card in NIMO N173 which is supposed to be 50% faster. Only problem with the HP is the usb-c does not support video output. I managed with connecting 2nd monitor using USB and display link driver but has some issues with the laptop comes out of hibernation, cannot duplicate my desktop from my HP laptop to either monitors and does not support 4K.
