Won’t Connect to Internet; Replacement Did Not Connect Either
I wanted to love this laptop. I purchased it for my son and it is well-made and beautiful out of the box. The laptop would not connect to any wifi networks, and when I tried to troubleshoot, it suggested that I restart the network adapter. When I try to restart the network adapter, it says the adapter can’t be found. I reached out to NIMO support, and they sent a replacement laptop. Upon trying to connect the new laptop to wifi, the same problem happened.One of their suggestions is to use an Ethernet cord to connect to a modem for wired internet. The laptop doesn’t even come with an Ethernet port because it is so thin.I am disappointed and have requested a full refund. I will try a different brand for a gaming laptop
