Reasonably tasty, good vitamin percentages, a little spendy
This first thing you notice upon chewing these is that the “fruit flavor” is a bit like the “fruit” flavor in the dentist’s office. It’s fruit-y, but not juicy and bright, like many gummies are today. It’s more of a dry flavor. The nutritional content listing is pretty thorough and the promised dosages are good for adults and older kids. For pre-teens, I’d check with their pediatrician first to see if they’re needed. It should also be noted that these contain both mannitol and xylitol – sugar alcohols that can cause gas and/or stomach upset – as primary ingredients, so I wouldn’t take these on an empty stomach – especially for a child. Value-wise, these are in line with other multivitamins, but aren’t as good a value as house brands. I like that they’re made in the US, though from globally-sourced ingredients.

Finally something without added sugar for kids!
No sugar, but good flavor. Kids like it because it is sweet it’s just natural sweeteners from fruit juice. Seems to have a good level of basic vitamins but hardly any minerals. Absolutely no iron so you may have to supplement that, but for flavor and basic vitamins without sugar it seems to be a good value.

Disappointment on the B6 Type
Showed up looking exactly like it did in my pics — everything inside the bottle was fresh, clean, and thankfully, no weird chemical smells (which is always a plus with chewables).I really appreciate when a brand takes the time to clearly list ingredients, usage, and certifications. It builds trust. You can tell they actually care about presentation and clarity, which I always like to point out because too many supplement companies skip that part. This one looked legit — all details printed clearly, proper brand info, and certification labels right on the packaging. This is exactly how supplements should look when they show up.Now, magnesium-wise, I love seeing it included because magnesium is one of those super nutrients: helps with sleep, stress, muscle function, heart health, mood, and even blood sugar management. So far, so good there.But!here’s my disappointment — and it’s a huge deal for anyone who actually checks ingredient forms. The B6 in this formula is pyridoxine hydrochloride (HCL). That’s the synthetic version of vitamin B6, and unfortunately, it’s not the kind you want. It’s made from petroleum, hydrochloric acid, and formaldehyde (yep, really), and long-term it can even cause B6 deficiency symptoms — the opposite of what you’re trying to fix.The better, natural forms are pyridoxine (not HCL), pyridoxal phosphate, or pyridoxal 5’-phosphate — those are what your body can actually use efficiently. So even though the rest of the formula checks out, this one ingredient knocks it way down for me.We already get enough synthetic “vitamins” in our food supply — no need to add more through a supplement.If they ever switch to the right form of B6, I’d definitely give it another shot because everything else about this one was solid.Besides that is good overall, no weird tastes, easy to chew and swallow and it has a nice uniform color nothing weird going on.
