Taste is all right but when you get to the bottom of the glass stir again or it will feel like you are trying to swallow sand. I started seeing results in a week, my nails didn’t break at the drop of a box and my hair is stronger too.

This is the same “chocolate PB” flavor used in Nutricost’s whey protein, so if you like that, you’ll probably like this as well. It does definitely have that distinctive collagen flavor though, so if you’re not a fan, you may want to mix it into a smoothie or something.It’s worth noting that this is, for the most part, just collagen. If you want a more complete protein, you’ll probably want to take this with aminos. If you want to get the full effects of the collagen peptides, you’ll also want to eat something with a high bio-availability of vitamin C to boost your own natural collagen production, as well as taking a supplement containing zinc, to ensure that you’re absorbing a good amount of the vitamin.
