Heartburn City for me!
There’s absolutely taste great and ran out of my regular vitamin C with Rose Hip and came across these and was initially pleased. Gave me the worst heartburn and I stopped taking them heartburn went away. Started again to make sure and sure enough heartburn again. Everyone is different, but overall they seem great, just don’t work for my body chemistry.
