Good value for pre + C
Pretty good stuff. Mixing it in about 18oz water I perfect for the peach mango flavor, and it tastes pretty good. Better than buying a red bull, plus it has creatine. The caffeine is effective lol I recommend taking about 15-20min prior. I don’t like the scoop cause it’s too big for water bottles, but it does mix well after a few good shakes. If it came with a little funnel for water bottles to match the size of the scooper it would be perfect. But the product itself it good and I’ve recommended it to a few people already after about 5-6 times using a scoop prior.

A lot of good supplements packed into this preworkout and not as a “blend”. Quality stuff and cant beat the value. Taste is pretty solid. Highly recommend

Too much of something
May not be an issue with Nutricost as much as pre-workout in general but drinking this stuff makes the left side of my chest hurt.

So it does have some creatine per scoop and give you a little boost but I just don’t get the same pump and zing as some of the other top pre-work outs. I can say that I am growing on this one but I think they could add a few more Amino Acids or something to intensify the pump.

Doesn’t mix well–gritty, bitter finish
I’ve tried a lot of Nutricost supplements–protein, BCAAs, etc.–and all of them have been fantastic. This one is a miss, though.I mixed this with water in a shaker bottle. The taste is nothing to write home about. It’s not bad. But there are better ones out there. Most preworkouts I’ve tried are almost candy sweet like an energy drink. This one is a lot more mild. If energy drinks aren’t your thing, this might actually be a point in favor of this one.The biggest letdown is that a good amount of powder settles on the bottom. The last couple sips are gritty and bitter. It tastes like you’re chewing on a caffeine pill–which I’d almost rather do. Love Nutricost, but this one is a flop.

Actually a terrific preworkout!
So to be honest, when I think Nutricost, I don’t really think “top of the line.” I mean it’s in their name–they’re a cost-effective brand. So I was intrigued by this stuff but didn’t expect much. Well it turns out it’s awesome stuff! It isn’t the best pre-workout I’ve used, but it’s cheap and has decent doses of some important ingredients as well as plenty of caffeine and nootropics to keep me going. I’m surprised to say that after literal decades of lifting and using every pre-workout under the sun, I will probably get this again!
