Affordable and accurate!
Despite what you may hear, wrist cuffs are very accurate; in many cases, I’ve noticed people aren’t using them correctly when they claim they don’t work.Lie down or sit down with your legs uncrossed and your back supported and make sure the monitor is level with your heart. It’s best if your wrist and elbow aren’t bent so sitting on a low chair or high table often keeps your arm at the proper posture. Do not place it over clothing, only bare skin. Don’t cough or talk during the reading if at all possible. It helps to take a couple of deep long and slow breaths to reduce hypertensive anxiety that will read high (I know this personally since anxiety can make me hypertensive very quickly). Taking it first thing in the morning before food or medication or right before bed (more than 30 minutes after eating or exercise) are the best times but you may also want to know your midday reading where it tends to be the highest. The cuff itself should be placed where the top leaves about a one centimeter gap below the wrist with the monitor ON THE INSIDE (palm side up). I’ve gotten weirdly high readings when I didn’t realize it doesn’t go on the outside of the wrist. Secure it firmly, not loose as you would for the upper arm. More like how you would wear a smart watch or a bracelet you don’t want moving around but not constricting either.Once you have all that set up right, the rest is cake. Out of the box, I pressed the start button and got a voice instructing me how to start then letting me know it was beginning. You hear the whirring and feel it getting tighter. Not painful but very firm, enough that my fingers began to curl on their own. Then it released and the voice clearly read off the results. There are options to turn off the voice but I actually like it for now. The other settings are useful if needed but I record the results on my Apple Health app so I don’t bother with the memory or user settings.I’m also an obese woman who has always had large upper arms even when I was an average weight. For some reason arm cuffs are always inconsistent no matter how much the doctor fiddles with it because it’s hard to cut the circulation there. I have a lot more luck getting accurate readings at the wrist. If you’re ever unsure if a home monitor is accurate, take it in to the doctor’s office with you and compare it. It shouldn’t be more than 2-5 points of measurement off. And again, make sure you are using it exactly as the manual for your device requires.I’m very satisfied with this one, from the fast that its rechargeable to the nice hard case it comes in. It’s even better that it’s affordable to have a reliable one at home!

Ideal for quick and easy monitoring.I was looking for a blood pressure monitor that wasn’t the typical arm monitor, as I find a wrist monitor more comfortable and faster. This model has exceeded my expectations.What I liked most was its ease of use. I love that you just put it on, press a button (START/STOP), and the measurement begins. The screen is large, and the numbers are very clear, which is great. In just a few seconds, you get a complete reading of your systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate. It has a compact and discreet design; its size is perfect for taking on trips or keeping on hand without taking up much space.It’s exactly what I needed for easy monitoring at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for simplicity and effectiveness.

Small, sturdy, easy to use
I purchased this device to move away from the ungainly devices that you have wrap around your upper arm. It is small, comes with its own ‘hard-case’ storage box, extremely light-weight, portable, and easy to use blood pressure monitor. The materials do not feel cheap and are pretty good quality. I am still using the charge it came with, so will say it has a decent extended battery life. It communicates audibly in clear and understandable commands. It communicates the results clearly once it completed the test. The digital display is easy to read. Compared against an older (1-2 year old) cuff device and received similar results on both devices.If there is anything to grouse about, it would be the size of the display. It is like having a small TV sitting on your wrist. Understanding the demographic that gravitates towards devices like this, and that I am approaching inclusion to that demographic, the screen is still quite large for my preference; especially given the audible commands and results report.Overall this is a great device so far and would recommend for those looking for something light weight and easy to use.

Great unit but failed after a few weeks
I love the ease the convenience in the readability of this blood pressure machine. It is quite accurate, but I must give it only a four four star rating and I have to be fair about it. I would’ve given it a 5 but apparently after a few weeks of using the machine it totally failed to read anything.When after 3 error messages it finally did read the numbers were extremely way off. I have 2 blood pressure machines . One is the traditional cuff one. Quite accurate.I hope this was only a minor defect. I did get a refund back but I did purchase it again to give it another try. Hopefully it works for quite a long time. I will have another review once I get t the new unit and give it a long term tryout.

Blood pressure cuff
This is a great blood pressure kit. It’s easy to use and gives accurate measurements as required by most doctors. If it’s a first time you’re using it and you have a doctors appointment coming up you might want to take it with you just so your doctor knows what you’re using when you take your blood pressure at home. I ordered it from Amazon. I bought it that morning and I arrived that afternoon. I was so surprised I really needed it, but it is a great blood pressure wrist measurement easy to use easy to care for it and it comes in its own container. I would recommend this to everybody a lot easier to use that’s for sure. I give it 10 stars..

Good Little Unit at the Price
No issues, seems to be accurate. It’s nice to have this around just fornl daily checks. Memory function allows you to track and average your BP over time. Charging takes a bit of time, but battery life is good. Be sure to read the manual so you’re getting accurate readings.
