Amazing for hair loss
These vitamins are great! Since I’ve reached a certain age, my hair has been shedding really bad. I dreaded having to comb my hair. It was EVERYWHERE! The couch, the counters, all over my clothes, in my families food. When I vacuumed, it was 80% my hair:(I tried every hair supplement but nothing worked. Scalp flake no more
After starting this product, my scalp flaking stopped! That was great and I would give it 5 stars, but compared to their other vit gummies, these do not taste good. Worth the bad taste for the scalp benefits

I started losing a lot of hair on the top of my head from hormone issues before a hysterectomy. Sorry for the TMI but important. I tried other vitamins & topicals but didn’t see any change. I have always had thick hair so it was devastating. I saw this & tried it and hair started after about a 4-6 weeks. I hadn’t mentioned it to my salon person and she said “your hair is growing back!” I told her what I was using. I’ve used it now for a year and can honestly say my hair is still growing back. My part is filled in again and the volume of hair I lose is much less when combing or brushing. Be patient & use it in conjunction with topicals. I didn’t need to but you might depending on your hair loss. Using earlier may prevent you from getting to that point!

There seems to be a trend toward taking supplements in gummy-candy form. While it is much more pleasant to eat a sweet-tasting, candy-like vitamin, the added sugar in the diet adds up quickly, and it detracts from the health-giving qualities.I can see how these vitamins might be good for a parent who has trouble convincing a child to take their vitamins, or perhaps good for someone who has problems swallowing pills.I would really like it if these companies would make the vitamins using stevia, monkfruit, or another alternative sweetener that does not cause a blood sugar spike. Sugar-free, healthier options are available to sweeten, why would they use sugar – especially when the flavor isn’t negatively affected?Also, because it tastes like candy, I could see the potential for a child to overdose, if they are within reach. There is no safety lid. It is a vitamin, not candy, there should be a protective measure.As far as the vitamins themselves, I took a whole bottle and saw no change in my hair health. I believe these work well for hair health only if you have a deficiency in one of the listed ingredients. After taking these without noticeable results, I researched further and there are better ways to restore hair health. Supplementing with keratin or biotin, if the body is not deficient, is wasting money.Low levels of A, B, C, D, and E vitamins, Zinc, Iron, and protein, are connected to hair loss. Simply taking a multivitamin each day can prevent that; there is likely no need to purchase a supplement for hair if you take a multivitamin and each a healthy diet.

Its took a couple of months of taking these but I notice my hair start to fill in. My stylist was impressed asking me My secret. Thicker nails also.Easy to chew good flavor amd smell. They are sometimes sticky but you can break them apart with making a mess.No stomach issues
